Jeffries' speech was the highlight of this entire fiasco. When he said: "Governing over Gaslighting" , "Maturity over Mar-A-Lago" that was right to the point.
I had to stifle my laughter when I heard those awesome statements, it being 2:30am. He pegged them perfectly..

Jeffries' speech here reminds me of a speech, years ago, at the Democratic convention, when a young Senator from Illinois, Barack Obama, hit the stage & national attention with a similar speech which inspired millions. Very impressed with Representative Jeffries---I hope & believe that his speech will do the same.

This is one of the best hand over speeches that is balanced, powered and revealing. Jeffries, I believe is not only knowledgeable, has the commanding language of a leader. Great speech ☺️

As a previous Republican since Reagan, I'd liked to have seen some Republican with heart and character stand up against the traitors who tried to take our country over by force and vote for Jeffries, who I suspect will be a good Speaker of the House one day.

Congressman Hakeem Jeffries always delivers what needs to be said in a way that “sticks” to you. What I loved most was that he threw major shade at the Republican Party and Donald Trump ( with his reading of the “alphabets”) and there was nothing they could do but be a captive audience…and listen. PRICELESS .
"Throwing major shade" sounds like something a high-school sophomore would think clever. Jeffries' alphabets were childish and incorrect at that.
