Money is tight for so many now. I am older so I learnt a lot of these type of recipes from my Mom. Large families in the 50-60s and into the 70s warranted frugal meals on a daily basis.
I'm seeing a lot of what I call "Struggle Meal" videos lately....I guess because with people visiting over the holiday no one wants to cook elaborate suppers......saving it all up for Christmas Dinner? Too, some people are anticipating the credit card bills coming due??? Whatever the case, simple frugal meals/recipes are always a blessing to have on hand for busy days....I love your channel, girl....Keep on doing!

That pepper and rice bowl looks delicious I certainly will be making it...also thought you might like to know that here in Australia we call your "peppers"...capsicum :)
Easy meal place in casserole dish four cups of cooked pasta ( your choice) one can of tuna drained or if you like salmon use it instead flake with a fork put over pasta put green peas ot beans pour over big jar of cheese sauce top with shredded cheese bake in oven 180 until cheese melts enjoy 🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🐨🐨🦘🦘🦘🦘🐨🐨🐨🐨🐨
