- I hope you enjoy this Prelude on the hymn tunes 'Aurelia' and 'Blessed Assurance'! You can find the sheet music for this piece here: www.paulfeyorg...
This piece was recorded using the Hauptwerk VI Software and the wonderful Alessandria- Sampleset, recorded by Piotr Grabowski. It was played on my Gloria Klassik 352 digital organ sponsored by Kisselbach Germany. Find more information about Kisselbach here:

Wow!
Thank you!
This was the prelude at Grace and Peace Presbyterian Church in Maryland yesterday. It was my last Sunday playing at this church since we're moving. Our normally talkative congregation was brought to silent preservice meditation by this strikingly beautiful arrangement. Perfect prelude music! Perfect choice for my last prelude. Thank you for not only composing this, but making your compositions available to the world at such reasonable costs. I am truly grateful.
I‘m so happy to hear that, Jeffrey!! Thank you so much for including this piece in the service! 😊
Just got home Paul, from my daily organ practice at Church ,lovely playing, full of musicality you do let your music breathe its great, God Bless you Paul ,we will meet one day in heaven praising our God on our organs 😀
Thank you so much, Edward!! 😀
Vorzüglich Paul 👌👍
😀
Thanks Paul! Just fine.
Thank you 😀
Paul, I am deeply moved by this composition's dedication by a Benedictine monk to his deceased mother. Her soul rests in the loving embrace of our God and Father. Andre
Ganz toll, Dankeschön😃
Dankeschön 😀
Ganz herrlich Paul Fey 👍👌
Dankeschön 😀
Bravo Paul Fey 👌👍👏
Dankeschön 😀
Lovely interpretation of Blessed Assurance. Gentle and tender rather than the almost "march-like" version that our choir director (who will remain unnamed!) seems to prefer. Thank you. Very sweet in the best sense of the word.
Guten Abend, lieber Paul.
Vielen lieben Dank 😊
Such a subtle and new expression on Blessed Assurance, soothing and flowing. The break about midway, and then the very ethereal hint of Aurelia is stunning. This entire piece is a unique mediation on these two familiar hymns of the church. Inspiration ! Thank you Paul for giving us this music.
Thank you so much, Gene! 😀
The canon in the second part actually uses the full verse of „Blessed Assurance“ and a punctuated version of Aurelia 😀
I love waking up to your videos. There isn't a better way to start my days
I‘m so happy to hear that, Landon! Thank you!! 😀
Hi Paul, Bravo Maestro. You Played this piece so prayerfully and reverently. Gorgeous. Thank you.Maureen.

Dankeschön 😀
❤️❤️❤️
So stimmungsvoll. Danke Paul das berührt doch Herz und Seele. Mag dein Spiel und erfreut mich immer wieder❤️⚘️
Vielen lieben Dank 😊
Gefällt mir sehr gut. Ich mag dieses besinnlich Orgelstück
Das freut mich sehr! 😀
I have heard "Blessed Assurance" before. (A neighbor sang it at a Baptist Service). "Aurelia" is new to me. Apparently, both are 19th. Century American hymns. Both are very peaceful in mood. (Something quiet before the Tuesday Election here). From Chicago, U.S.A
A delightful blending of 2 well known hymns Paul Great to hear Blessed Assurance played so calmly as a prayer which is what it is not a rallying melody for large congregations.
Thank you wo much 😊
Sehr schön Paul Fey, super 👌👌👌
Dankeschön 😀
So schön anzuhören 🌹🌹🌹

Hello Paul! Thanks for this new composition! I didn't know these two hymns because they aren't in the Italian liturgical repertoire, in your elaboration they are really moving! I purchased the score and will perform it as a meditative piece before mass. 🎶
Thank you very much, Giovanni!! 😊
This is next on my list to purchase. It's absolutely gorgeous!
Hört sich fantastisch an, super 👏👍🏻

Very somber yet majestic in its own way. Thanks Paul for this performance 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Very, very nice, Paul. I bought your Adeste Fidelis a couple of days ago- looking forward to playing it at Christmas 🎄- and I've just bought this beautiful piece. Can't wait to feel those rich harmonies under my fingers!

@@PaulFey today my first video in 4K will become public, I'm waiting for you!
Hi, would you do the Tour of Stops of the new Erfurt samples?
Yes, that's planned! 😀
@@PaulFey Super ! :)
❤️😍❤️😍❤️😍❤️😍❤️😍
😀
Schöne Quintparallelen in der linken Hand. 😁 Ich kaschiere sowas gerne durch Pausen. Ist auch nicht ganz sauber, aber egal. 😗 Dein Werk klingt dennoch wie immer sehr schön, Paul! 👍
Man muss hier natürlich sehr differenzieren. Im vierstimmigen Chorsatz z. B. ist es meiner Meinung nach viel eher geboten sich den Regeln zu unterwerfen. 😀
