I tried the same process and ingredients and my recipe turned out to be bad, whoever else is making this try to keep it less Masala and less spicy. Do not add curd, lemon in the dish and any spices for frying in oil before onions.

How many chopped onions ? Please specify, how much Grams's for kheema, please specify, u can't have a food channel without details man, I'm trying to cook here in the kitchen and I have no clue how much to put where
It looks nice and easy to cook however you are not mentioning the quantity, example, like one tea spoon of this masala, one tea Spoon of that masala, would have been better if you had to specify the exact quantity, like others do in their recipes

Such a great dish but I wish westerners had better prep.
Same procedure but avoid yogurt and Tomato purie, insted of coriander leaves, use some kasuri methi 3 minutes before you switch off da flame

Whip the curd first and start stiring immediately as soon as you put into the kadhai....get relaxed after a minute it will not burst..

No you can do it with lamb beef. Or sheep beef. Sometimes with duck beef.
