Incredible I have at home all the ingredients! Will try to prepare tomorrow.. looks yummie.. will serve with rice cooked with cinnamon stick and few cloves..
I recently found a Caribbean grocery that sells excellent minced meats. Perfectly tasty, frugal and healthy meals can be made with those, veggies, and rice. Thank you for helping me to flavor them!
Great recipe Bumbi. It looks very delicious 😋 Quick and easy to prepare. I love to have loads of coriander. Oh yes it would be lovely with some mashed potato on top and baked in the oven like a shepherds pie. Yummy. Thank you my dear friend 💕
@CurriesWithBumbi you often use ground spices. I have always used whole and ground them as I went . Like making the spice mixes. I was wondering if there was a ratio to use for whole to ground, like two tablespoons of seed to make a tablespoon of ground coriander or whatever seeds being used? Do you have amounts?
I always make a large batch of ground spices (good for 2 weeks). In that way it is easier for me. You can also store in refrigerator in an air tight jar if not using that frequently. Masala powders stored in fridge lasts for over 6 months and stays aromatic.
@CurriesWithBumbi ok thank you. I usually warm the spices cool then blend together. But I've not used just single spices like that yet. I did start on my chicken curry yesterday. I ground the coriander separately. I have a little left over. I'll put it in fridge. I will finish my curry today. I'm getting physical therapy and don't have the stamina to do anything all at once. I can't wait to try this. I've tried making curry before the Instructions and time was a lot. I must have done something wrong because it wasn't very good.
Keema is my favourite dish, hands down! 😍 Glad you recommend eating this as a wrap as I've been doing this for years and it's my favourite way to eat Keema. This recipe is different to the one I usually make, but the flavours sound even better so I will definitely be trying it your way! 😍 Thank you Bumbi. 😊
@@CurriesWithBumbihey bhumbi do you know mince chow mein? Its a 1970s new zealand idea of what they thought chinese was. its not chinese or indian. Its browned beef mince and onions. With vencat brand madras curry powder. With chicken stock powder and 2 minute noodles crushed in it; then cabbage and mixed veg and soy sauce . Then fried till the noodles are soft. Its yummy on toast with ketchup and mashed tatos. Freezes welk too. Theres no tomato paste.
Finally made this yesterday: superb! You're a really, really good cook. I struggle to get Kashmiri chilli, and have been trying others. I used "urfa biber" in this one - slightly smoky, quite mild.
Use whatever is easily available at your place. You can also make a combination of sweet paprika and regular red chilli powder to go close to Kashmiri chilli powder. Thanks for trying this recipe.

Great 👍🏽👍🏽
Boxingday I would like cooking chicken liver how do you cook chicken liver please thank you
You can cook it exactly like this but the cooking time will be lesser. For cooking chicken liver, it gets rubbery if you cook it too long.
Kheema or Keema? 🤔
It commonly called keema
Thank you ❤
Namaskar Bo and mummy ❤
Sorry Colin forgot to wish you happy thanksgiving 🙏🏽🙏🏽🍰🍰🍰
