- Another video of this beautiful Boeing 727 owned by Oil Spill Response. This time a finally sunny take off :) I decided to film her at the beginning of the runway for the best engine sound and a nice close-up view. The sound was amazing for sure! Man I miss the 727 MD 80 and older model 737 they all had that distinct sound! Watching commercial planes now is just not the same.
Spent 7 1/2 years flying the 72. Loved it!
This was the highlight of my holiday when I saw it at Aberdeen Airport a couple of years ago.
There is something so special about seeing a Boeing 727 around.

The boeing 727 and erj145 look so simular however the boeing 757 and airbus a321 are the same size as a 727
