If the Simpsons is the longest running sitcom, and it has a history of discussing people and events from our world it would only make sense that out of the decades the show has been running you could pick out at least 15 examples that line up with reality. If you take those 15 examples and ignore all the rest that didn't come true which is probably in the tens of thousands- if not more, it might seem significant, but that would require a lot of willful ignorance.

Actually there was no "prediction" that was amazing. Take for instance Pres Trump. Predicted in 2000 show. Do some research -- He was toying with the idea clear back in the 80s. In the year 2000 it was all over the news that he was talking about running, declaring that Oprah would be his VP of choice. And "coincidently" (not) they made that show in 2000
