Whatever else happened we should NOT ignore public authorities REDUCING LIGHTING along all kinds of roads from interstates, to state roads, to local streets -- swapping out traditional bulbs and replacing light sources with LED and other low watt lights -- which make it harder AT NIGHT, AT DUSK, IN RAIN ETC to see roads and guardrails and curbs. This is a false economy -- even as they tell the public that more and more electricity needs to be generated to feed data farms. Rest in Peace. Condolences to families.
