Year 2 Day 88 - 5 June 2024 another exhausted day

ferdi physio yesterday and all the talking wiped me. stuff at home did as well and needed a complete rest day today so took it. stress still hits me hard and even though ive built up a slight tolerance to it it still leaves me unable to speak or function.
i wish that would go away.
i wont dwell on it life is too short to complain about what i cant... concentrate on what i can.
