Year 2 Day 85 - 2 June 2024 more rest and acceptance

its been a good day. rest did the trick for the day. managed the supermarket even with the noise. ok it was with noise cancelling but a win is a win. a food delivery guy rang the door. not for us but i had problem speaking as usual but dealt with it so that was fine.
someone ive known for over 20 year saw i had a stoke so reached out. i told him whats been happening with the two of us. he didnt run away. it meant a lot for someone to take a moment out of their life to talk. you get to feeling lonely and isolated because of the limitations and when someone does that it feels a little less small.
it meant everything and helped make the day a little bit brighter.
