Remember , if you take your doors off, you won't be able to stash them in the back anymore . They also may prevent them from fitting the OEM storage bags.
Good point. I think the slim ones should fit fine. I plan on building a holder for my doors so they sit in it on the floor. I don't know that I will buy bags for them in that case. I'd do a test fit if I had some so we could see! It does only take a couple minutes to zip them off, but I'm all about making things easy so you'll want to remove the doors without any hassle.
Funny how many people hate the nets. I was prepared to hate the nets. I was surprised when I didn’t hate the nets. I guess I’m also jaded by how generally gross enclosed door pockets get on a vehicle used in harsh environments.
@William Olliges haha true that they will get bad inside. Condensation collecting dirt and napkins dropping food crumbs or snack wrappers stuffed in there. These will be easy to pull of for anyone that cares about keeping their interior clean (me) thankfully. I'm cool with it being dusty etc from trails, but not gross from food etc. The nets will sag after a few years, but I'm sure there will be replacements other than oem for cheap if people don't want to add door pockets.
Update, I bought the storage bags and was able to fit the larger pockets no problem in the storage bags. I have a 2 door so these are the storage garage Ford bags and not the 4dr onboard storage fyi if that possibly makes a difference.

Good idea for a video but I’d like to see the comparison with various Nalgene bottles, not flexible plastic bottles.
