Nice video, have question my jeep when pass 10 or 15 minutes fail and turn off wait about one hour and start perfect, change gas pump same issue i think is crank sensor?
No codes? I haven't known the crank sensor to do that. I would put a fuel pressure gauge on it and see what it does when it's dieing. Maybe Idle Air Control valve is what I would look at next
Guys I have jeep wrangler model 2010 diesel. I have changed new fule pump and 4 new injectors. After 6 month of driving it now suddenly there is no power while accelerating. What should I change to fix the problem? The engine light is on as well. Any one experience the same thing. I’m in Australia and mechanics are sucks here
Unfortunately in the US we didnt get diesel wranglers so we personally havent worked on any. My guess is that a sensor or something in your injection system is bad again. Can you get a scanner to see what codes are being thrown causing the check engine light? That would be the first step towards potential fixes.
@@joshpitts25 There is a video to test the crank position sensor with a multimeter. If the crank sensor tests good then your down to checking wire continuity. I have in the past had a couple of TJs with broken wires in the harness. th-cam.com/video/GmA-DKRcAcg/w-d-xo.html
I have the same exact jeep with the same exact code; this was really helpful
So if my Manuel takes 2 bolts to hold and I ordered the one like yours, would it be fine to put in or should I order the right one
You will want to buy the correct one for the manual, the sensor spacing and structure is different.

Code P0320 replaced CKP still no start and now some fuses aren't getting power.
@@bobbyridlen7424 fuses at PDC under hood or the fuse block behind glove box?

Thank you very much
On the 2004 a/t its on passenger side just above starter
Just replaced mine and not fixed I guess part is bad??
What is the jeep doing, has a code, running poorly, won't run, dies? Could be various causes depending on symptom.
Only one code for crank sensor. Won't start just cranks over. Was running great then threw code and now no start

Does engine have motor mount lift? May be sensor clearance was tight.
