What kind of connection do you need to hook up a big screen TV to the system and how do you hook up a VCR to the system? I enjoyed your two videos on the system. We may be getting one of these for family members for Christmas.
Thank you for the unboxing of that, I've been thinking about getting that same exact system. I can't wait to see the demonstration of it. Keep on prepping.
Omg five minutes into this video I learned more about the foam than anything about the security camera itself.. I still have to go to the rest of the video to give you my ideas of his presentation I wish him well
Hi Oregon Prepper.. Thanks for your review I gotta give you my thoughts on this unit. It works pretty well generally.. sadly the 5 inch monitor kind of weak can't really make out images well.. so I haven't connected with RCA cables to my little 10 Panasonic Roadshow with built-in VCR and it works the well that way.. though the monitor has contrast, bright and color really hard to adjust to get a crisp picture to identify people especially in the hallway coming in and out of my 2 family house... I got this 4 months ago hooked it up the best I can especially in the hallway. So I can monitor the two two remaining squatters who snuck in over a year ago in my family house in Brooklyn..The cameras work pretty good it picks up sound pretty good... I don't know but I think the cameras might be kind a sensitive..Cause when l point it out in the hallway towards the house entrance door that has a window that window getting Sun comming in gets bleached out and you caby see outside.. Worst yet is when somebody opens the door you cannot see outside at all.. And when someone in the day goes outside he disappears a foot or two outside the door.. Its like somebody walking to into the bright Sun and disappears. like walking into the abys very Twilight Zone like.. besides those down side it was useful catching one of these these squatters two weeks ago finally vacating my property but catching her walking down the stairs walking out carrying my dead sister's furniture that was there while the contractor was supposed to be repairing so I could rent the apartment last year.. As she goes down the stairs stealing my sister's stuff she looks back sneakily and with a guilty look Hoping I don't notice her coming down the stairs a few times.
Easiest set up EVER tho. I set it up in reverse (cams to monitor).. didnt even need to look at instructions. (But I always do just in case I'm missing something that it says NOT to do)
So the camera was useful when I had it recorded for stealing things I didn't make a police report maybe I should have turn the cups are never helpful in this type of situation they just don't want to do any paperwork filing complaints from US citizens.. I'd rather come and look and walk away doing nothing for us anyway I'm glad I got the camera / monitor system.. For some more money many here would be happy if it had a DVR built-in or had a memory card slot.. as opposed to buy a more expensive system do you basically doing the same thing.. it's a nice size small unit so I hope Walker Hill could evolve and have a recording device built in for the simple analog unit. My question is Hiker I connect the RCA cables to a monitor that does not have RCA cables Inputs? The monitor basically has a VGA input and a DVI / R input.. I went to Staples and they couldn't help me this it go online I go online and put in RCA cables and to monitor and it didn't pop pop with anything only pops up with tissue paper toilet paper headphones everything😟 else except what I was looking for... man Staples doesn't have a good search engine.. hopefully you might know what cables I can get to hook it up throughout computer monitor that doesn't have RCA inputs. Thanks
After seeing how packages are not treated gently, if they don't pack them with a good amount of Styrofoam, things will get broke and then people will complain about that.

I use mine on a seperate "monitor" basically a older small flatscreen tv. Hope this helps.
Same situation here. I feel ur pain and anger.
I had it. Its.. okay.. field of vision is too small tho. I had to put both cams side by side just to cover my front entrance area..
Can i purchase a cheap dvr to record? Thanks for the review.
I wowld imagine so. The av cable can be connected and dvr recorded through the dvr
will it work with the old cameras from the original CRT unit?
That system is on sale at HF for $49, valid 8/14/19 through 8/25/19.
I hope you managed to get the deal!
It's really, really small.. just a FYI, but it works nice

How is the night vision does it work decent?
Not really the greatest. My trail cam has better but i have solar motion lights that compensate
Meh
nice a fellow Oklahoma prepper I own lake property at lake keystone near Tulsa
By the way it's the cables about 50 ft
Wait so you can’t insert a memory card to save video?
No not on this model. I do have it hooked up to a tivo dvr to record
I just got one for 25 bucks on clearance

Rf modulator is what you are looking for i believe.
Blinking blue light and no picture
Same here! It's going back!
And run that to a television off that monitor and it will work too 5 years
2 in 2 out brother
First in last out
How do I plug it to a bigger TV
It comes with a 3.5mm to rca cable and you can plug it in to the headphone adapter on tye side of the monitor the to the av plugs on the tv.
