Aquincum civil amphitheatre still has many visitors when traditionalists run their Roman-Celtic festivals all year coming over from the ruin city. The record number broke this May when 3500 people came to see Pink Floyd tribute band Keep Floyding playing their big show. There's a large green area behind where people still living like it's 19th century, boondocks with cattle, sheep, horse, true moorlands. The unknown side of Budapest :) I can show some interesting stuff tourists barely came to see, we're a few train stops away. BTW did you see the Aquincum military amphitheatre a couple of suburban railway stops down south?
No, but I did go into Istvantelek to marvel at the train graveyard from a bygone era. Cities possess so much even after living in many, as I have around the world. Thanks for your interesting comments. ps. When is your invite? 😉
@@makingjourneys oh Yeah Istvántelek rules just like the amazing vintage abandoned out of service power plant in South Buda, many great things to see. Ím not a pro stalker but if someomes curious enough we can make some unusual and exciting tour. If i have some time, we gót many things to do with áll the animals ön the Farm, át the very edge of Budapest
@@gaborkovari5093 Wonderful, I'll probably look you up next time I plan to make a third visit to one of my favourite cities in Central Europe. Thanks 🙂

Wonderful Budapest! We had a great weekend there a couple of years ago:) But still would like to visit it again exactly during Sziget festival :)
When are we going? 😄 Thanks for watching, Nikita.
