Ronnie has seriously blossomed here in the past few years with his vocals and I can feel his passion and aggression towards his feelings and lyrics. This was a masterpiece in my opinion. He doesn't hold back and, I think this is the very beginning of great things to come from him. This song is a staple in history for me and I can't think of a better way to "reimagine" this one. I was also thinking 7/10 the first time. But this was not made to only listen to one time. Listen to it 3+ times by yourself. And to me at least it's grown to a 10/10 really beautiful and emotional.

I put the concerts up for those! It was my first Falling In Reverse concert and it was fire 🔥 I definitely will see them again! Papa Roach killed it as always with 💯 pure energy and Hollywood Undead so much fun! I woke up before work and saw this drop, now it’s on repeat! I have literally said multiple time that Ronnie needs his own Broadway show! I would pay soooo much money, all my money, to see that! His voice is out of this world. His emotions drip from each syllable. The power, the falsettos, the range, the drama! I just cannot! Think of all those hip hop, rock, etc. musicals. This song alone would sound so good as part of a storyline!!
He tweeted this was a one take raw in the studio and for a rough cut but it was so good they used it. He was in the studio for 25 minutes. So I don’t get the whole over produced comments. He’s just good.
i can definitely see it being a one or two raw takes but its definitely very produced, it is also very noticeable that some parts were not so lightly tunned (for example 4:12) which isn't a bad thing, but this whole piece is stupidly well produced, his voice sounds absurdly big even though there is basically a whole orchestra at the same level as it
I thought his reimagined “I’m not a vampire” was absolutely breathtaking, I was so pleasantly surprised again when this song came out. And I was at the live show in Hershey when he presented the video before the finale, it was so beautiful getting to experience that with everyone.

Your entire world crumbling down around you and having to rebuild just to make it trough a day for those around you so you don't bring them into the dark, just to have it fall apart again.

I'm guilty of saying that I love this song, turning up the volume and singing at the top of my lungs. We popularized a song without any regard to seriousness of the message. I think we can all relate to either feeling despair to the point of contemplating suicide or knowing someone who has felt this deep dark depression. I hope this reimagined version will help bring more awareness to the seriousness of suicidal tendencies. We can enjoy both versions, but may we truly hear, understand and empathize with the words coveyed in the words. It truly breaks my heart to think that anyone find themselves in such a dark, desperate and hopeless state of mind.

Ronnie is a bigger name in his genre but is so slept on by the whole music community for absolutely no reason. his vocals/rapping/songwriting can put nearly anyone in the mainstream to shame.
The thing I love about this version is that it highlights the lyrics. The original is full of rebellious youth and a rocking instrumental. It's so easy to get caught up rocking that you miss the lyrical content. This version leaves you with no option but to hear the message and it's a depressing one.

Live in Australia and don't think at that point we were getting much from the US. Mainly Brit Pop or Australian Rock. I am a curious being so will check out the original. All that said, I loved this a lot. Maybe the visual production can seem a little bit similar to one or two songs from FIR, but I love to hear Ronnie let it all out - it was full of emotion and his vocals are so good. SO GOOD.
I feel like the world is represented by papa roach original song. As kids or teenagers we experience some bad things in life and have our first encounter with the demons of depression, anxiety, etc and our world seems like it is falling apart where all that remains is the rubble and foundations of how life was for us before something happened to cause everything to come tumbling down. Falling in reverse I feel like is how our adult life is and ewe still have those bad times in life and face those same demons but instead of letting those things break ourselves we should use them as motivation to build up from those empty foundations to create something better for ourselves.
Yeah well it got me cause it hit where my past when I lost everything in my life and I was at my last resort doing drugs and just dum crap killing myself slowly and it took my kids and all to bring me back and break down into the man I am today and now I’m rebuilt and grown from everything
