My boyfriend was supposed to fly in today. We live 500 miles apart and hardly see each other. But his flight was cancelled. We've been so stressed and frustrated... we managed to reschedule some stuff but it's just been a rough day.

SW I felt the same 4 days ago , stress that my mental health wasn’t good . Got quiet , no emotion, I would literally go to work 1 hr late , just staring and thinking a lot and a lot and my family asking if I was okay but I’ll tell them yes . Until I couldn’t handle it so I got sad and started to cry and tell my family I was stress 😓 and it help me and thankful for my family for understanding !
And yes I blow my nose 👃 every morning 😅😅😅😅😅

I'm not that early but this is the earliest I've ever been lol, I'm so glad he decided to post though TT 0 TT, Also I love Alex's personality so much and the fact that we're slowly seeing more of it as he gets more comfortable in his videos, he's so funny and relatable lol and I can totally relate to being stressed and not physically writing down my tasks which makes everything seem intangible and abstract in my mind and makes everything more stressful. In regards to blowing your nose every morning, maybe you have sinusitis or some other kind of sinus infection, congestion. Maybe using one of those steam vaporizers that you turn on in your room at night will help to keep your sinuses moisturized. Also put a little dab of hydrogen peroxide on the outside of each nostril and gargle with a little bit. It’ll clear your stuffy nose right up.Oh,by the way, I love your videos. You have the best most relaxing voices in the asmr community. I love how you enunciate your words as you whisper. I’m sorry to hear that you’re feeling stressed out. There’s no shame in having a good cry too. It helps to get rid of those painful feelings,any stress you may have, and the toxins that build up in your body,as a result. Just let it out! Never related to something so much. I try and help my gf out so much but you really can’t tell anyone a exact thing they have to do. And I find myself sitting there trying to find out what is the reason I am stressing and getting overwhelmed with stuff for no reason. Just stay strong 💪💯just got to fight threw it and become stronger. Take it as a learning experience. The more you can take now the more you can take later.
