Looks yummy! I usually cook the veggies a little as my birds prefer theirs a little soft. And unless you want to have a bunch of food left over at the end of the night, a large bowl is great for them. I have 20 birds and they eat from three SMALL bowls, as they are in three separate areas of the same room. Their fresh food is usually finished by the end of the day, especially their serving of fresh dill herbs, they love it! 😋

I started sprouting and adding sprouts to my bird’s diet because of your sprouting video. He loves them now and I feel so good offering him health promoting foods. Will be trying out this chop recipe. Thanks Donna ❤

This looks like a great chop recipe, Donna. I didn't know sweet potato could be used raw. I have one green cheek, so it is a lot, but I can see making a smaller amount. I don't like to freeze chop because it gets mushy. I will add, it's taken a few tries, but I have successfully sprouted some legumes and grains thanks to your other video. Thank you!!
I love to give chopped veggies to my birds, I didn’t know I can give them time and parsley that is new to me ,even the watermelon I have not tried yet either, and the yellow beans or any other beans, also I didn’t know to chop sweet potatoes. So I have learned a bit more . Do you think thy can eat raw shredded cabbage and beet root ? Tks for the video, ❤❤❤❤

I have tried most of your recipes and my birds love them. I always freeze the food as I have just a few parrots. Ill try this one too.

With cockatiels I know potato is toxic if is raw, and some nuts and seeds carry bacteria bad for gut but otherwise looks great.
