Perspective.
Last year Cian was part of the Limerick team that won the All-Ireland hurling final for the first time in 45 years, he was named Player of the Year. This year, Limerick were defeated by Kilkenny by 1 point in the Semi-final. But for Cian, it’s all about perspective. His attitude after their loss is why stop and give up, when you can keep going and make yourself better. You can learn more in defeat than you do in a win. For Cian, while it was a dream come true to win the All-Ireland final last year, he says there’s life before and after hurling.
