Really great to see this comparison. I use Aldi 80/20 and really like it. Please try and sort out your microphone as it give a really muted sound. Always have to turn up your videos but then had to turn down again when the music kicked in. Constructive feedback...
Tom, From experience, if you use a food processor to try and mimic minced meat then you loose all integrity in the meat, it pretty much destroys the texture and thus ruining the taste. I was very surprised that the supermarket meat with little amount of fat content won? Not saying that it is a bad thing about fat being reduced, more the meat that is most probably a mix of parts including stuff I would not even like to think about. Invest in a mincer and you will be happy you got one 😊

I just had a beef short rib burger I ground myself and I can tell it wwwaaaayyyy better then regular ground burger
