Monetary value helps make trades fair. Both people could both get what they want but there still could be clear losers in a trade. The best trades are win wins, where both people get what they want and the value is close. I agree it's not just about monetary value especially in cases where let's say to people are trading super low pop stuff with little to no market data, then people would need to come up with some sort of reference point and the scarity might be the bigger factor in a trade swap. To me one of the best trading experiences I had was as a kid with magic the gathering, really good cards were clearly known, as well most other cards ranging from 1-20 dollars at that time. Trade ups and downs and win wins were common place.
Unfortunately, not all of us were financially literate early. I was 35 when I finally educated myself and started taking steps. I went from $176,000 in debt with zero savings or retirement to now, 2 years later, fully debt-free and over $1000,000 net worth. I know that doesn't SOUND like a lot, but I'm incredibly proud of it. Now I'm fast-tracking my wealth building (investing $400,000 annually) and don't owe a dime to anyone. It's a good feeling!
Don’t be confuse buying the dip in a bear market, with guaranteed future returns. Just because that company is down 60%+ from ATH does NOT make it a sound long-term investment. Make sure you’re investing in great companies. kudos to Sonia
Everyone roots for the little guy or underdog (T-Pot), most don’t like Geoff because of his position and stance in the hobby. It pays the cost to be the boss but without Geoff you wouldn’t really see t-pot and if the roles were reversed, t-pot would be the evil card hobby villain and people would say how awesome and knowledgeable Geoff is etc etc, I have no opinion on these guys, I just like some of the content. May not like some, may agree with some of it and may disagree on some of it but it’s not that serious to be so personal about it all and want to bring people down and hate on someone when in reality the truth is, no matter how you feel about the guy, he is dedicated, committed, and good at what he does and that shows through. He seems like he genuinely cares about the hobby and has tons of charisma and enthusiasm towards the hobby. The way I see it is, there is way worse guys in the hobby one could bash. Just my thoughts….
@@Andrew-hq2kuhate all you want. Why are you here? You know you could be doing something productive right? Instead of criticizing another grown man who is clearly pretty successful, I bet he didn’t get that way by criticizing other grown men all day….
I like the trade debate, we don't need the blinker trying to read the details of the trade before you get into it. Just have t-pot give us the details. I could not focus on what he was saying anyways. Values of the trade deals in total seemed wildly off from the actual actual card values, is everything on veriswap valued at double? Trades are usually viewed as a win/win for the traders, it's all us on lookers that talk about winners and loosers.
I don’t like hearing the word “won” and “winner” when it comes to trading. Why say 1 person won and insinuating that the other person lost? If they make a trade, there is no winner or loser.
This video segment right here … MY NEW FAVORITE. And to boot … Raymond a great and solid dude. ***Disclaimer - no, this is not Raymond***. So many more of these videos. Love the analysis.
Anyone that trades a Jordan rookie for a Lebron variant is nuts. I don’t care if the Jordan is off center and if the Lebron is a tiger stripe. Hard pass.
I like the format! Also agree 100% that Select has fallen off last years and this year is by far the worst select design ever. And way too many parallels of the same card like you mentioned.
The mahomes red power psa 9 is about 15k in value…the above cards traded are about 15k in value based on comps..so how is the 38k trade value designated???
The traders put values on their cards so they are almost always inflated. My collection is full of $80-$200 cards and I routinely see $200 cards being valued at $300.
How so? I guess I can see it both ways. The multi-card trader generally has to go well over the value of the single card in order to get the deal done. But on the other hand that single card is generally a more established and proven player. But if not then the multi-card might be better based on having more potential-depending on the cards of course. Just interested on your take of it is all. Thanks
Trae Young has made it to the next level! The hobby is dumb I’m convinced they don’t watch sports! He had the same amount of assists as Haliburton who was a All-star starter and Trae avg 5 points more. Make it make sense! Their teams had a similar record. And now that Murray is gone, Trae is gonna avg 28-30 points no doubt!
Love the channel, love you guys, ive been watching since day one, but you guys are missing the boat. You guys need to upgrade the top 5. Other hobbies rely heavily weekly on certain Top 10 lists. The market tends to revolve around these lists. These lists make us tune in everyweek as soon as the list is dropped. Your top 5 (all sports) sucks, quite frankly. 5 is not enough but i understand since there are so many sports. Consider top 5 lists for mlb, nhl, nba, nfl. So many cards are being forgotten cause you do a top 5 for all cards. We dont need geoff to do all the lists lol. Just get that damn list up to par, i guarentee it will boost your entire channel and will impact the hobby. And obviously even help your sales at HQ. Nobody cares about the current top 5 set up you have. Cheers.
This SHOW is exactly what is wrong with the "Hobby!" There shouldn't be any "WHO WON" BS DEBATE......WHY? Because what is important to one person and the reason HE/SHE wants a certain card(s) is a personal choice. One person's gold is another's crap! Give it up in a tragic attempt to CREATE URGENCY! NO ONE ever asked why these people traded the way they did! This is such BULLLLLLSHEEEEEEET!
I just can’t help it. PSA labels and slabs are so ugly. The labels specifically are just horrendous compared to a tag or CGC label and slab. Even BGS labels are killing PSA labels. It’s not even close. They look lower end which makes sense because that’s what they were when they originally started. It was a cheaper lower end option to BGS. The hobby is so weird.
GREAT a new show, cool. BUT u just clickbait every video u post. Please label them properly. I will be more incentivized to watch your videos if you title them properly. Cards on the table - 'whatever your clickbait title is' Trade Debate - 'whatever your clickbait title is'.....................etc... etc.... You need to let us know what the basis of the video is first, then what it's about second.

If you make a trade, each party gets what they want, regardless of what anyone else thinks. It's not just about monetary value.

Alr lemme just trade $2 for $2000 card

Please how's that possible, I'm curious
Please how do i go about it, am still a newbie on investment trading and how can I make profit?

T Pot brings much needed credibility to this show and business.

put your own trade videos on here and lets debate it LOL
That would get like 1,000,000 views def want to see that vid if possible
Will Greir!!!!! Oh Lay! 🎉🎉🎉🎉
This was a fun video to record! great cards. Congrats to all the traders involved!
A way cool format here guys. Solid trades for the flip and/or for the PC. Bigtime cards!
1:14 Skip in video advertising commercial. Ty
Love this format. Please do more trade debate shows like this ❤

Really nice to hear you two think out loud about these trades. Please do more.
this is an awesome segment - hope you keep doing them!
I loved watching this … you guys got me back into collecting again. Thanks for all your hard work and content …
I know he's paying. But we don't need old mate in the video. The screen with the trade is more than enough.
Should make it a Market Movers subscription/members perk to submit our own Veriswap trades and have you guys debate them! Love the format
This was such a great idea for a new series of content. Loved the video and loved the debate. Keep it coming.
Well done, do more of these.
First trade Geoff said $10k was a little cash, but second trade, the $9k was “so much cash.” So what is it?
really loved this show, such a great idea and unique from all the trading card you Tube vids out there, looking forward to more of these
Even tho this is basically a Veriswap infomercial I still think the premise for these videos is sound.
Also, W TPot
I don’t like hearing the word “won” and “winner” when it comes to trading. Why say 1 person won and insinuating that the other person lost? If they make a trade, there is no winner or loser.
Has geoff been able to trade his ridders yet for a profit?
This was GREAT looking forward to more shows like this
Love this! Trading is my favorite thing to do in this hobby!
This video segment right here … MY NEW FAVORITE. And to boot … Raymond a great and solid dude. ***Disclaimer - no, this is not Raymond***. So many more of these videos. Love the analysis.
Love the new content! Amazing idea ❤
Love this video idea!!! Keep em coming
Anyone that trades a Jordan rookie for a Lebron variant is nuts. I don’t care if the Jordan is off center and if the Lebron is a tiger stripe. Hard pass.
I love the theme of this new show. Trading is the most fun part of the hobby for me.
I like the format! Also agree 100% that Select has fallen off last years and this year is by far the worst select design ever. And way too many parallels of the same card like you mentioned.
This was such a great video to watch keep it going 👏
Good format for a video. A lot of cool odd ball high end cards.
enjoyed this keep these coming
Fun format, not a bad ad for what seems like a solid company.
Having trouble moving an MJ auto?.......Geoff you're better than that
Raymond, blink twice if you are in danger and need help.
And the cj red is a psa 10 but def not centered? I don’t get it
Very nice content ❤
This is a great idea for a vid, i loved it!
LOVED this type of video!
No way the triple star wars auto is that big.
I'd crossover those Brady to PSA before I sell or trade them imho
This is a great idea for a series of videos. It’s interesting.
Interesting concept. Wish you would show more hockey on your shows. Cheers
Geoff Wilson pulling a Wembenyama auto next after CC2 and Packman got theirs
And sky b too
"...and then you throw in the Mufasa."
I cracked up when he said that. 😂
The mahomes red power psa 9 is about 15k in value…the above cards traded are about 15k in value based on comps..so how is the 38k trade value designated???

What does the dollar amount at the top mean?
The Brady trade details are incorrect on that first deal. Someone was misinformed, the cash wasn’t included in that deal it was done straight up.
Ok thanks for letting us know
Great video. Ill have to check it out for myself.
That 54 Aaron floating in that oversized PSA holder. Ughh.
I know this is obviously paid for sponsorship, but I really like this new segment.
Love the videos
"Multiple Cards-for-One Card" trades favors the Multiple Traders side of the equation.
Thanks
@@Beandogg80 because a lot of “Multiple Card” traders also get Cash 💵 in return as well more than the trader with the “One Card”.
Please come up with a fun title for this series!
How is that cj gold a psa 10, centering definately off
I’m taking Jordan rookie over LB tiger
I Like the format, but need more baseball included.
Great trades . Great stuff
Numbered to 49 there's not alot of these out here..yeah no shit
I don’t like the sports fest product for the Jordan auto. Reminds me of the modern day metal universe where they have 20-30 random sports represente.
I rode 12hrs to cards hq 2 get 70 bucks your young crew buying cards thumb down
The value don’t change the further you drive….
😢
Great show!!!!!
Good video I like it and the rare on card Jordan I really liked so it being Jordan numbered to 5 I would have to get
T💯Pot hands-down is the goat of cards knowledge winner.🥇
I traded 20 base Will Grier to Geoff for a star 1984 graded 5 psa jordan.
Trae Young has made it to the next level! The hobby is dumb I’m convinced they don’t watch sports! Thank u!!
Great video idea!
I like it! Great video!
Go Gators! 🐊
Legit info and topics

Omg i just loved this show ..Winner Winner chicken dinner
Naw I wouldn't trade all those Wemblys for that tiger. That monopoly gonna be worth some bread and that white disco
Trade #10 - 18250$
Why this sum?? LeBron 6k card
Jordan 4-5k + Purdy 600 + cash
Go gators
Raymond and veriswap are awesome.
Cornerstones is the top Downtown not One
I got a Cj Stroud my house blue cracked ice jersey numbered 7/15 dope card but I'm not a Texans fan
AD has “a lack of likability” he is one of the most liked players, I’ve never heard that
I would’ve given up the white sparkle for just the 9k cash. 😂
Amen I love you Jesus and thank you for everything Amen❤❤❤
Nice great idea
The motor is 777 hz

I wouldn't give 2 cents for the Jordan card. He's addicted to gambling and all around bad guy
Good cuz you couldn’t get a Jordan for 2 cents anyway …… duh
There are so many jealous people in the comments. So many people and youtubers want Geoff life so bad. Especially sports card radio clowns
