Baseball does have a lot of differences with other sports for what people want and value.
That Gunnar comp was low, (An auction comp of $76 the next day) but still a smart pass unless you are positive it is a 10.
I sell a lot of $20-$100 baseball cards, and I have never gotten close to Top value from an auction and find BIN is the way to go. If it isn't numbered most people seem to be chasing a deal and figure they can get a different one later.

Older cards seem to be the best? Even if they only grade at 9 or 8? I just saw a 1980 Topps Nolan Ryan sold for 22k and Ozzie Smith around the same. I have both of those anong others from the 70’s it’s just not knowing if it’s worth it to send them in for grading.
Do you use eBay to see comps or do you have another app you use?

Baseball is a more mature market. Cards are probably more in line with what they should actually cost.
I'd look at ezequiel tovar cards be cheap could be best shortstop of this generation

I 100% missed some UFC cards there. My UFC knowledge is basically 0

Love this video and the strategy! I just posted a psa reveal video doing a similar method with lower $$ cards. It’s a great way to make profit if you’re willing to put in the work!

On baseball you really don't want the Rookie cards that say debut. They usually don't sell anywhere near what the regular Rookie sells for.
