It’s sad that some people can’t afford it, but this is what it takes. I had chronic pain for over 10yrs! I have hashimoto disease & a lot of spinal damage, but It was gluten causing the inflammation & making my life hell. I had to get pain meds once a month & get steroidal epidurals & trigger point injects on a regular basis. I had to take off from work. Now, no meds, no Dr.’s & hospital procedures. A lot cheaper to eat right then dealing with meds, co-pays & missed work.

@@erikahyman8611 Me too, except recently I had a little gluten, half a piece of bread two days in a row, oh boy I'm paying for it with joint pain. I have an autoimmune disease, supposedly no celiacs but sensitive to gluten. Love coconut water . Recently got off steroids, it was hiding joint pain now I really feel it. Trying to find help with that pain, omega 3 is helping.

I started on an Anti Inflammatory all organic diet at the end of April. My chronic GERD is gone, Achilles Tendonitis is gone, no more rashes, I no longer walk with my cane, chronic wide spread body pain from 23+ years of Fibromyalgia -- the pain is almost gone. Still having chronic Migraines tho. My brain fog is better, mood/depression is better. For the first time in literally decades I'm starting to get my life and health back. I've lost 43 pounds so far this year and I'm not done yet

Try magnesium. I had bad migraines after going on contraception pill to “regulate my hormones” (obviously it’s ruined my hormones), which stripped my body of magnesium and other nutrients. I suffered for years. Then tried magnesium and it just went away. I now have magnesium regularly, I pop one every couple of days.

In the first 3 quarters of 2023 I was in a wheelchair due to joint pain and muscle stiffness. This was diagnosed as psoriatic arthritis.
In October 2023 I came across NO GRAIN NO PAIN. By January 2024 I was out of the wheelchair and gaining my health back. After the pain was gone I became relaxed again with my diet and the pain and inflammation returned. When I returned to a strict diet that you recommended the pain again is gone and the inflammation is slowly disappearing. Thank you Dr Osborne

One of my children has two autoimmune diseases, I honestly believe the cause is gut disbiosis from antibiotic overuse for another condition he had as a newborn and vaccines. I took him gluten free about a year and a half ago and he has improved significantly! I had no idea of all the other "flours/grains" that could mimic gluten. I already purchase as much organic, wild caught and grass fed as much as possible. Looks like I have more work to do to clean up his diet. Thank you for all this information!

Dr. Eric Berg highly recommends people take 40,000IU of D3/day when you have an autoimmune disease. He says it's been discovered to be very safe. He also said you'd have to take 50-100,000IU for a year or two before there might be some calcification problem, and even then it's rare. So with my recent autoimmune disease I'm just starting 40,000 IU. D3 is such a cheap cure.

Docs say they don't know what causes hashimoto's, there's nothing we can do to cure it, diet makes no difference, not to exercise much because we're already exhausted, and no matter how bad we feel we won't die, but to take the prescription meds anyhow even though it doesn't make a difference because boy, our labs look great. 😮

I was diagnosed with scleroderma, was told no help from medical Hospital Emory, then found out about a doctor in Texas that had a autoimmune disease clinic, She was actually healing people with diet and good super supplements, went to her website and ordered her book, and did exactly what she said, It wasn't that expensive, it took me a year and a half of doing her diet and supplements and yes she talks about the Omega 6's and I cut out diary, only ate grass fed beef, organic turkey and chicken, wild caught salmon, used a nutri bullet a lot, did protein drinks, made my own juices from celery, carrots, boiled kale and spinach for 10 minutes to reduce the oxalates before putting them in my juices in nutri bullet, made blueberries smoothies with coconut milk, only used non diary coconut milk, no almond because of the oxalates, walnuts, pecans was my only nuts, No Gluten at all, ordered my oats, flour, corneal, olive oil, coconut oil and my black seed oil from Healthy Traditions, they are kind of of pricey but they have good sales daily. Just watch for them. No white potatoes or white rice or white pasta, Lots of Sweet potatoes, learned not to eat night shades at all, I juiced carrots with a apple, dranked my filtered water with apple cider Vinger with lemons all day, After 2 yrs went back to doctor and was tested again and no trace of antibodies in blood and my inflammation levels were off the charts before I started and today my inflamation levels are right at ZERO, I could not believe it, It was worth the times of not eating out and the sacrifices I had made, Knowing it does work, she has you start by doing a diet elimination first. It wasn't that hard, Its just we as being humans tend to struggle with big changes in our life's, hang in there, its gets better and easier. Her website is Amy Meyers and her office is in Texas, I live in Ga so it was to far to go, but you can email her and she will respond, Her diet works. I am living prove of it. Its been years now, and I don't eat suger even stevia at all, don't miss it at all, watch your fresh fruit you are buying, they are putting a wax preservtive on some of the fruit, you cant wash off, its toxic, look on the bottom of the bags, like your lemons, apples, pears, oranges, etc. Try to buy organic fruit if you are going to eat the peelings, If I can't afford some times, I just don't buy it, better than putting more toxins in the body, thats what you go by, in order to heal the body of autoimmune issues, you have to eat clean as possible, the less toxins going in the body the better you will be.

We used to be Paleo. My husband made me quit buying organic two months ago due to his job change and making less an hour. It's been two months since I quit organic and my husband has had trouble sleeping and awful heartburn. I have gotten hives starting December 16 (still have them but they have lessened some), I feel drunk without drinking almost daily, my body is sore all over, I feel awful, my White blood cell count is high, and ADA test came back positive (I have an autoimmune disease). I feel in my heart this is a result of our diet change. Praying over our meals is not enough. I am praying I can convince my husband to let us go back to organic and we can cut out some things in our life for our health.

Dr Osborne I can resonate with what the lady said at the end of this video. I too was on Prednisone for 3 yrs & probably would still be on it if I had kept seeing the Dr I was seeing. I now have had twelve (12) Compression Fractures in my spine in the past 3 yrs, have developed severe Kyphosis, have a very large hiatal hernia which the Kyphosis made worse & have also had to have Cataract Surgery in 1 eye. Got to have it in the other eye as well! Still on pain medication from the fractures. Thought once they healed, the pain would stop but boy was I wrong about that! Then I started seeing a Dr at Duke Hospital NC (I live in NC) They put me on Cell Cept & Ursodiol (now have PBC). I believe the Cell cept has caused about as many problems as the Prednisone has. I’ve had nothing but stomach problems & now anemic which I feel is from Cell Cept. Reason I was put on Prednisone was because I was diagnosed with AIH in 2016. I don’t know what to do or where to turn anymore but after seeing this video, I think I’ve got my answer. So thank you for providing all the videos you post on utube! They are so helpful & trustworthy!❤

My health began to spiral downwards about 30 years ago and no one could figure it out, then about 10 years ago I was diagnosed with celiac disease. 100% villous atrophy. I'm 70 now with rheumatoid arthritis, I believe as a result of inability to absorb, and also being chronically inflamed. I just wish I had found this information sooner. You are so right, diet is everything.

    • @steve6375
      @steve6375 ปีที่แล้ว

3-10% of people with RA develop celiac disease. This was also the case with me. I had juvenile RA at age 5 but developed celiac disease at age late 60's (caused by a eating a breakfast bar containing wheat). I could see villi in my stools! When I retired at 60 I accidentally discovered that eating lots of bread made my joint pain worse. I gave up bread/pizza and found I needed no pain killers and had no flare ups! It was only after that, that I started looking at Dr Osborne and others. I have found that some 'gluten-free' bread products cause me problems. I also suspect I am sensitive to maltodextrin in products. My advice to anyone with an autoimmune disease is to try the elimination diet (pref. for 2 months) and see if has any affect on you - what harm can it do to try it and it may just change your life.

Same here, in USA, and I think many if not most are unable to purchase the more
expensive organics. However, I've just discovered (after 30 years of illness and disability) that all my mystery problems are caused by gluten. I had gone on a
anti inflammatory diet aka Keto for about 5yrs so much of gluten was avoided
through that but when I slipped a few times and ate 6-7 gluten rolls my hand feet
spasmed up like I had never had before. I waited for six weeks and repeated the
same meal with 6 gluten rolls and had the same reaction. That is when I started looking into gluten. Long story but last week I was very careful with my diet and
ate only boiled eggs, some boiled chicken breast, fried ham, fried cabbage and
blue berries for desert. Also I ate no cheese (which I usually eat a lot of) and my
pain level was SO much better. THEN I ate 4 Lance cheeze and peanutbutter
crackers and a SMALL slice of pepperoni pizza and my entire body was slammed
down with inflammation and I could hardly walk for two days. As I went back to my strict diet, by the following third day the pain subsided and back to feeling better by forth day. I WAS FLABERGASTED at the obvious result. Anyway, my
eggs are free range but all my other meats etc were just regular and not the recommended non organic and I still had great results by just not having gluten.
I will likely try a program by Dr O and possibly try the higher priced food stuff
in the future. I am an RN and I'm just now learning about this info of gluten but
I can tell that this doctor knows his stuff.
I'm just writing this to you to encourage you to eat what you can afford but just
cut out the gluten stuffs and you'll see healing results. It may just take longer.
I've been taking a plethora of supplements over the years and most are what
Dr O also advises. If you cannot afford his just make sure you are taking Omega3's which is fish oil. 1000grans every day, D3 5000ut , K2 100mcg,
magnesium 400-500mg. Also I try to eat a couple of tbsp of saurkraut (the
refrigerated kind - raw with salt) for probiotic. Hope this is helpful. I know it
is overwhelming but it gets easier. Blessings, p

Seems like I have only been getting worse. I eat everything fresh from regenerative farms, always organic grass fed, pastured raised and so on.I can't have dairy, nor eggs.
I also do intermittent fasting, and extended fasting. My most recent one was a 6 day water fast.I had to stop because the joint pain was excruciating ( way worse than my huge babies born at home). My neck felt like it was about to snap, and was not able to keep my head straight as it was wobbling uncontrollably. Every joint was so painful that couldn't walk, sleep and even breath without my back feeling like I was on fire.
Once I started eating, that excruciating pain did go away to some extent, but not 100% gone.
I am also dealing with severe shortness of breath after having 2 ribs dislocated. I tried everything, but no improvement.
