Sundarbans is a mangrove area in the delta formed by the confluence of the Ganges, Brahmaputra, and Meghna Rivers in the Bay of Bengal. Sundarban Reserve Forest (SRF) of Bangladesh is the largest mangrove forest in the world. It spans the area from the Baleswar River in Bangladesh's division of Khulna to the Hooghly River in India's state of West Bengal. It comprises closed and open mangrove forests, land used for agricultural purposes, mudflats, and barren land, and is intersected by multiple tidal streams and channels. Sundarbans is home to the world's largest area of mangrove forests.

The 1st and foremost detailed video & information on the mangroves & maneaters of Sunderbans. Although I have seen the video related to it on discovery and national Geographic Channel also, but none of them have detailed about saltwater crocodile, different islands of sunderban & different canals. As far as I know, You are the 1st to explore this national park in detail.

Superb 👌 amazing as always. We can learn many things about animals behaviour and characteristics through your blog. About crocodile 's 🐊 nature I didn't read ever but through this video I came to know. Capture crocodiles in sundarban is also a great luck. We also saw crocodile floating on the water but couldn't capture it because within few seconds it again went down into deep water.

Hey Bro.. This place is immensely beautiful but equally hard for survival. And really totally different from all other jungle safaris anywhere. Although they look awesome, I have a question Dhruv why crocodiles are bigger in salt water ? Quite informative. Waiting for the next 👍🤗🐯🙏

Salty's are larger than other crocs because of optimal climate conditions( The period of highest prevailing temperatures since the last ice age) such as in some places in Australia & India) with few cold periods making it easier for the crocs to grow larger. If you touch eye of crocodile,it may release you . A Bangladeshi young man saved his life from a saltwater crocodile by inserting his finger into eye of saltwater crocodile in Sundarbans.
Correct brother. I even heard about this incident when I was in the Sundarbans. True Crocs will leave you if their eyes are pressed or any damage is caused likewise but we all know how difficult it is to do it. Hats off to that man's spirit for saving himself from the jaws of death. 🙏😲

Kiyun ki jungle me direct unhe chorne se woh easy prey ban sakta hain. Kiyun ki woh deer bahar ke sanctuary se laya geya hain. Storm ke samay hum apni boat mein the. Jor se baarish ho raha tha. Bijli karla raha tha. Jor se hawa beh raha tha. Pani to dekhne layek tha. Agar aap rehte to aap ko bhi mazaa aata....

It's an incredible place. The habitat is completely different for the rest of the tiger reserves. A lot of myths regarding the tigers have been exposed in my next vlog.
