Hi Silvia, Got my BR-500i from 2009 last week... yes it comes true, on my 500i legal papers says 80km/h and 15kw/6750rpm (almost 20hp) that is almost same as PGO Bugracer 250 :-( I hope at least will be more fuel economic. Looking further if this is a kind of factory restriction and if it is possible to overcome this. I hoped at least to travel 100km/h cruising.
sorry but that must be in mph (79mph equals almost 127kmh) , if it has is original transmission drive, you are going at from 7000rpm to 8000rpm and I can say that mine currently at 6700 rpm it goes near to 100km/h or so...

C'est tout? J'ai le 150cc et ça roule déjà à 78/80km/h, ça fait beaucoup de poids, de volume et de cylindrée en plus pour pas grand chose.
realy? are you on low gear?! or Hi?cause I am expecting on 500i and I have a bugraider 250 that tops 80kmh easely :-(
