Honda S600 Pt 66. No Spark & Making Trim Parts that don't exist!
I have tested the Ignition Condenser, it jumps straight up to 274 ohm's. It really should be round 20 or even less. Next Video it should be running & as long as it's all good I will be putting the Body back on the Chassis! Hopefully it wont take to long to come. Thanks For Watching!!

Pretty tricky exhaust to make, I didn't have enough mandrel bends to make it exactly the same as the OG but it pretty close. Eventually a new one will come up for a reasonable price & my son will get it. For now this one will do fine. Thanks for watching!

Assembling the Engine & Rear Suspension/Diff on the Chassis. Getting pretty close to Putting the Body back on the Chassis, but first I want to get it Running & all the Front & Rear Running Gear & Brakes On & Working Properly. Thanks for Watching!!

Next is to get the Distributor, the Headers & the Front & Rear Bumper Bar Brackets Restored. It all gets put on the Chassis & then the Body go's on!

It took a bit but with help from a Few Guys Comments & Emails I finally Figured out what is really going on here! Now the Bottom End is all together, We will Flip the Engine & Start Assembling the Top End! Thanks for Watching

Just having a problem with the Check Valve that came from Germany, it Don't Fit! So I'm thinking weather to instal the one that was there make a New One or See if I cam Modify the one We Bought. Any advice would be appreciated! Apart from that the Assembly is going good. Thanks for watching

All the Trim is Finished except the Seats & I just need to install the Rear Cover that covers Fuel Tank ect! I will be taking the Seats up to the Upholsterers next week. Working on the Engine next. Thanks for Watching

Had a problem with My Camera this week, My wife managed to get the footage off it & I will put a video of doing the Interior in a few days I just have the Door Trims & a lower Panel behind the seats to go! If anyone wants to know where I got the Weather Strips www.rubbertherightway.com they call them Beltline Channel Moulds.

All the suspension front & rear, plus the brakes are all restored ready to install. Also refurbished the Alternator & a few other bits! Next I'm working on the Trim, while waiting for the parts to arrive for the Engine from Germany! Thanks for Watching!!

Jason - Going to have to change your name to MacGyver with that lock change move. BTW, if you are caught in the US with those pick tools by the police, and are not a certified locksmith, it is possible you are going to jail for having burglary tools.
Thanks Ron! Yes pretty tricky to get it apart, but persistence got it eventually. Really I bought them on Ebay as a kit with a see through lock to try n learn lock picking. My Cousin is a Locksmith I always had Him for back up. Cheers!!

Had a good chuckle when you were looking for those door parts.....😅 the struggle is real! Those door handle plastic backers can be 3 D printed if you know someone with a printer Jason.

Hi Jason, That small water connection on the front of the engine block is a water drain. A small hose runs from that connection to the radiator. This is so that when you drain the radiator it also drains the engine block. When you start the engine it is worth spinning it over without the spark plugs. You should get oil coming out of the witness plug on the top of the engine. If all OK then replace the witness plug and sparkplugs and fire it up.
Thanks David! I thought you'd know what it was. I was thinking it go to the radiator but it was missing when We pulled it apart! I already have spun the engine without the plugs in & will take them out & check the Plug your talking about to make sure We have Oil up the top end! Cheers!!
