В технических условиях на изготовление осей прицепов, полуприцепов любой грузоподъемности сказано: - ось изготавливается из цельной заготовки - применение сварных соединений ЗАПРЕЩЕНО!!! Жаль, что кто то может поверить этим непорядочным людям.

В этом ремонте одни плюсы)))) одни будут ездить на этой детали годами и зарабатывать другие ремонтировать и зарабатывать))) с учётом того что весь мир перестал делать качественные вещи то какой смысл покупать новую если она развалиться раньше))))

Вот это профессионал... Я не токарь, и то знаю, что станок руками останавливать нельзя, бить кувалдой практически по патрону - нельзя, это не токарь а дебил.

Le martellate col pezzo montato sul tornio, possono danneggiare il tornio stesso. Meglio martellare il pezzo aggiunto, smontato dal tornio. Comunque, ottimo lavoro, bravissimi.

Pinion bearings are loose that drive the 3 jaw chuck head. The center drill was not sharpened properly. I couldn't believe how stupid they are by hammering is a pin while the other piece was still installed into the lathe chuck. Lathe chuck pinion bearings are not used in that way, STUPID!!! Lastly, welding destroyed the temper in the axle. This is no repair, it is just something they put on youtube thinking someone would believe it.

So this is what Alvin and the chipmunks are doing now 😮😂
