It was a tiny miniscule part of the project cost and was availed because of commercial reasons not for any other reasons which you are trying to indicate through your comment. Half knowledge is a source of unwanted confusion.

In addition to what you said about SWAMIH fund it also funds developers under the loan scheme at economical interest rate. 3. SS Leaf only took Rs 7 Cr from SWAMIH Fund because the interest rate was low. 4. You also know that SWAMIH fund has high due diligence process before funding which proves that there was no issues in the project Now in the end sir the video was about SS Cendana and Kiavasa not Leaf which is sanctioned by all leading banks including SBI. So I really couldn't understand what you are trying to prove. #Half Knowledge
