Mivan construction ke pichhe high cost charge krte hai builders, jabki mivan construction wali high rise buildings bhi toh pillars pe he khadi hoti hai, kyunki 1 ya 2 basement parking banegi he buildings mein and basement mein sirf pillars hote hai walls nhi so mivan ho ya brick work dono he buildings pillars pe khadi hoti hai . Mivan ka fayda sirf builders ko hota hai ki unki construction speed bad jati hai jisse vo project jaldi deliver kr patte hai.

@@HomeCleaningRepairing-ux6nr Sir if you possess the complete information on SWAMIH funding of Leaf kindly check the amount of loan taken from it which will clear your doubts. It was a tiny miniscule part of the project cost and was availed because of commercial reasons not for any other reasons which you are trying to indicate through your comment. Half knowledge is a source of unwanted confusion.
@@RealEstateSalahkaar Swami funding is done when builder does not have the full amount and why builder had to go to that route which means it does not have funding.I guess half knowledge is dangerous.
@@HomeCleaningRepairing-ux6nr Sir now since you have questioned my knowledge . Let me address that. 1. First of all it's not Swami it's SWAMIH fund 2. In addition to what you said about SWAMIH fund it also funds developers under the loan scheme at economical interest rate. 3. SS Leaf only took Rs 7 Cr from SWAMIH Fund because the interest rate was low. 4. You also know that SWAMIH fund has high due diligence process before funding which proves that there was no issues in the project Now in the end sir the video was about SS Cendana and Kiavasa not Leaf which is sanctioned by all leading banks including SBI. So I really couldn't understand what you are trying to prove. #Half Knowledge

Since builder is not so great .. so the price are also not so high as compared to market in high rise flat.... So its worth buying .. i have bought one too...
