It was a tiny miniscule part of the project cost and was availed because of commercial reasons not for any other reasons which you are trying to indicate through your comment. In addition to what you said about SWAMIH fund it also funds developers under the loan scheme at economical interest rate. 3. SS Leaf only took Rs 7 Cr from SWAMIH Fund because the interest rate was low. 4. You also know that SWAMIH fund has high due diligence process before funding which proves that there was no issues in the project Now in the end sir the video was about SS Cendana and Kiavasa not Leaf which is sanctioned by all leading banks including SBI. So I really couldn't understand what you are trying to prove. #Half Knowledge

Its a mivan contrruction... So Quality of construction will definitely improve... plus SS project always complete.. as you are sure that you will get your flat as it will not stuck because of cash crunch... Since builder is not so great .. so the price are also not so high as compared to market in high rise flat.... So its worth buying .. i have bought one too...
Ek dum 3rd class builder hai .. Kisi ko quality dekhni ho toh inke kisi bhi project mein chale jaana and owners se baat kar lena . SS leaf is new construction and waha Jaake dekh lo . Ekdum desi builder hai .

Ss walo ko 90 mai bhi chota sizes lanai chhiyai wo jaldi sale hogai
