    Ashiana Amraha , is overpriced the flat was sold in 97 lkh now they demand 2.5 crore. Only a stupid investor will buy it and why lock in of 4 years are builder only want to sell their units.

      @@RealEstateSalahkaar Phase 1 is sold in 97 lkh , phase 2 in 1.5 crore , phase 3 in 2 crore plus , now phase 4 in 2.5 crore . Ma'am please don't prompt overpriced products. Gurgaon Market is overpriced correction is happening and more downsides will come.
