A lovely and interesting exercise in your summer garden studio.
I never got my 40 circle exercise finished at this speed as you can.

@@vickyrafael1 thank you! It took me longer. I paused recording a few times. I have been planning to create this video for a long time.

🎯 Key points for quick navigation:
00:00:10 *🎨 Prepare your intention before starting the Neurographic art exercise of drawing 40 circles, which can overlap or stand alone.*
00:02:07 *🧠 The number 40 is significant in many spiritual traditions, relating to concepts of meditation, contemplation, and developing new neural pathways.*
00:03:06 *✏️ In Neurographic art, lines should not repeat themselves but should connect circles intuitively, creating a unique flow without established patterns.*
00:07:00 *🌼 Rounding corners in your drawing helps reduce visual sharpness, creating a more soothing and comfortable visual experience.*
00:10:06 *🌿 Drawing can evoke emotional changes, allowing for self-reflection and a peaceful mindset while connecting with nature.*
00:13:18 *🎨 Use colors intuitively to unite the drawing, focusing on areas that resonate with you, and remember that white can also be a significant color.*
00:17:12 *🌌 Adding field lines in your drawing symbolizes alignment with higher self or universal consciousness, enhancing the spiritual connection of the artwork.*

What is the "purpose" of this, meaning what sort of intentions should we work with: releasing, transmutting, harmonising (because of circles), achieveing goals, brainstorming, etc.? Thank you so much. ✨️

This is a good question. Thanks! This exercise is for calming the mind mostly, which is also an intention. On the other hand, any topic (intention) can be added to this kind of drawing.
