Replace only with OE pump. Check connector.

I'm not sure. I have a 3.6 core from a Passat sitting around and I know the Passat block has them because it mounts the same way. I've been thinking about modified head from 2.8 and 3.6 bottom end. 3.2 modified head would be even better because their valves are 1mm oversized.

You can use seal driver. But often I use a socket big enough tap with rubber hammer.

Not for downpipes. I can see it being a lot harder to take them out if you're crawling on the ground and the car is not jacked high enough. maybe.

Well since you don't have the primary cats anymore you will get little more smoke coming through. If it's not much I wouldn't worry about it. The malfunctional light I would suggest check the vacuum hoses and plugs make sure you got those connected for the wastegates. Maybe possibly the vacuum hoses were swapped.

@@sergesvz if I idle she builds up with the flap closed and puts out a decent cloud. It’s kinda on and off. Seem to be some carbon built up in the exhaust. The malfunction code had turned off when I added the charge pipes for two days then came back on today . Only reading o2 sensor codes . Started making a weird whistling noise today only when accelerating on the right side of the motor . Gave her a pull and it stopped so I changed the oil filter. Btw I have hks bov

Replaced the pump. Cleaned the connector and put some dielectric grease.

@@sergesvz , thank you for sharing this. Did you have to remove the exhaust entirely or unbolting front 4 bolts and letting it hanging is enough? I am trying to replace the transfer case fluid on my '10 e61 wagon and I found out there is no way to do it without removing the exhaust due to filling hole location. Also noticed that there is a small leak on the back. Perhaps the same o-ring needs to be replaced.

@@Sandr0n unfortunately yes, but it makes it so much easier. You will need to take out the heat shields over the exhaust. It covers a lot of things including access to transfer case.

Lol Polaris axys 800 with aftermarket turbo, arctic cat m9000 4stroke turbo.

So I would say it depends on your riding style. It you like riding trees, doing tricks, and flips I would say stick to 2stroke. We ride for fun. I was out with people in deep snow and I would say I was stuck the least out of everyone. The more powerful king cat was doing much better in deep snow, it's somehow able to get more speed compared to 2 stroke. I don't get stuck very often compared to my group. I do feel the extra weight but the power makes up for it. I think a 153 would be little more playful than 162 but you could also throw big wheel kit in the back and make it shorter.

The power is more than enough for me. I'm 200 pound. I have exhaust from bikeman performance lightweight mountain can. So that ads power they say it should be around 200.

I like my king cat but I do want to try a 2stroke because I want to do big jumps. I've been doing it with king cat but I feel like I can fly further and land softer with less weight, but I don't know yet. On a scrap metal scale. Rmk weight in at 480 and 2014 m9000 at 600 but the king cat lost another 40pounds from m9000. Light weight exhaust and I have 2.6pound battery in it.

Hey hello I got the ame issue whit my 328i bmw I open the reservor cap and the coolant is running so I found out it was draining my battery was that your case or ?

It would have been helpful, but not that much. The parts have been redesigned and fit allot better. At the time when we modified this awd car not much was available. We even fitted an intercooler from 135 lol.

Yes I did. I like running stiffer but too much in the back made it hard to sidehill and do quick turn out. Front 90 primary - 150 in the secondary chambers Back front was 180-250 but I might have lowered a little overtime. Very back around 160

@@sergesvz are you still running stock with an exhaust ? or have you tuned it ? I was going to do intake and exhaust first then see if I wanted more power with a tune.

@@Just3adventures yes still stock. Exhaust helps quite a bit. Helps spool quicker too. They say you should be getting like 20hp bump just from exhaust.

Just remembered they recommend getting a clutch weight kit with exhaust because you might hit redline but mine seems to do good without clutch weight kit. Don't recall hitting the redline.

@@sergesvz I have the yammy version and I have a can, intake and fuel map. About 230 horse. I hit the limiter from time to time, but its great for the most part. Fantastic sleds though!

Yes I used the big Touareg oil heat exchanger. It's bigger but I got it to fit.

Yes, but only if it's early production R32. Apparently there's different engine codes that may have different cams and variable valve timing is different. I bought my engine from a 2004 Touareg I swapped the oil pump and the oil pan and the harness plugged right in I just need a swap tune. U would need a swap tune.

@@sergesvz The oil pump It's got to be from the 2.8 ?

@@ronnymedina1523 the toaureg has a different oil pan and pump because the engine sits definitely. R 32 has same pump, same part number. not sure about oil pan. It might be slightly different because R32 has transfer, or it could be same as 2.8. the only thing I modified was the timing cover and it was a very small cut grind.

Good afternoon sorry to bother lol. I communicate with a person who sold me there r 32 engine And then you was removed from a Touareg 04 I believe you said that I can use the OEM harness from my 2.8 24v

Boondocker EZ 2.0 pigiback. Plugs in between the ECM and engine to optimize the boost for the fuel you run. Sled ripped hard. Now thinking back I should have worked on my clutching because i would hit red line if I pin the throttle.
