    Tell me about a time that you had to plan and organize your worker in order to be successful. Why was planning and organizing your work important, how effective it was and your level of success that happened and any evidence you have of that. A courier job can be stressful due to deadlines and the occasional customer is unhappy due to late or mishandled packages. Tell me about a time that you were doing something something that caused stressed how it impacted your performance and what you did to handle it. A good courier must be adaptable and flexible to deal with changes and how the job is done. Tell me about a time you dealt with a lot of change at work and include what type of change you experienced how it impacted your work and how did you adjust. Here you go guys I know that he mentions this in his video, but these are the detailed questions they ask.

    I worked for Federal...Express for 26 years... Now FEDEX EXPRESS...FEDEX EXPRESS IS NOT GROUND.... They are 2 different things.. Example Pepsi owns Taco bell You don't go to pepsi for a taco.. Do you understand that... I left FEDEX EXPRESS because people told me I was mis deliivering the package... Sometime you do.. Numbers look messed up or you know the people.. You look at the last name deliver it and they say I Never got it because you delivered it who you think is family which is true but they hate each other.. Both those families may like you so you trust them both.. So they file a claim and the office asks the courier wheres the package?... The other family who hates the other family finds out the the realize FEDEX is going to fire th guy who did his best job... getting the package to them.. Thinking family sticks together..... Fortunately for me I knew both family's and they got the package..Because they both kne I was a good guy... My managers when 1 We called him Vic......That guy looked out for us.. Matt came along and said you know something if this job not for you maybe you should go somewhere else...This Mat Berry never drove or came on the road to help anyone in his life...Vic did.. Mats a great guy don't get me wrong.. GREAT MANAGER..100%.. Sometimes you got to be experienced..Even now I look at road signs thinking Maybe I would go back...Only if the stupid retards realize the Applachain mountains are the 2nd highest range in the USA... 4wd you need it here.. I know I wrote a book here read it.. Im gone I hated leaving there hated it..I lost many friends.. . All my heart the old ones made this company... Ground and the owners of a route sucks...When someone puts medication under the belt because your going on vacation and you come back and its still there.....Then you have to face them delivering it because they needed it ... They could of died.. My heart...The office receptionist who her your calls and are told what to do.. I love them so much...They lied..for me to the customer.. That was when I left.... I Loved them so much...My customers started asking questions.I can't lie... At 53 26 years of service I walked away.. Contractors are the wrong way... The best you keep under 1 roof..The only thing I miss is my friends..This is the truth.......Period.

    Well my current job cut all our hours down to 70 per month. So I need a new job. And this week I have an interview with FedEx Express. After watching several videos about working for FedEx. I'm starting to wonder if I even want to work there. At least if I drive for Amazon I can smoke weed still. Amazon has no drug testing in Washington State. Conveniently, Amazon and FedEx are on the same block. It's a close location for me. Anyway thanks for the info.

Walked in did the interview walked out 2 hours later got a message saying you are hired. You get hired based on a score how well you answer the questions. They say there is no right or wrong answers but it applies to your hiring process. Next step was to fill out my social , date of birth online, then dot test.

    To all Express employees, start brushing up that resume asap. The merger with ground is coming fast. Fedex doesn’t want employees anymore. Forget about a pension, 401k, or benefits. Express stations are being closed and the freight is going to be asorbed by Ground. All those 4Z split packages were just the beginning of the merger. Joe Blow logistics is going to be running your routes. Get your CDL now. Bid on a RTD job if possible and gain the experience. Mark my words, the PSP motto and the 10 step program went out the window 20 years ago. Now it is just “Profits, Severance, Profits”. Fat Freddy and Raj could care less about Express couriers.

    • @bobbiikk7891
      @bobbiikk7891 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@jroase1658 Absolutley not. Fedex hates paying employees. They want to pay the lowest dollar amount for the most amount of work. Fedex is salivating over the Amazon contractor model because you can pay crap wages for the same amount of work. The only places where Fedex is going all Express is Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada. Canada has actual labor laws that make it difficult for the contractor model to succeed, so Fedex bit the bullet and accepted their fate. The main land USA… not so much.

    I have an interview to with FedEx Express I quit with Amazon got tired of risking my life and others with their vans that are not fit to be in the road, had the breaks go out on the van and was told to keep delivering. Nope not gonna happen took the van back to the wearhouse and handed the DSP manager the stuff for the van and quit, I know being a Delivery driver for any place has its risks but it's not every day a FedEx driver is in accidents, destroying customers property, running vans through customers yards and wrecking their property and the unprofessionalism is out of this world. I want to move on to something better and more reliable,it may not be the Big league (UPS ) but it's definitely not Amazon.
