    Thanks for the comparison .This seems to be a pretty decent printer. I watch just about every review and test of this machine. I'm more interested in accuracy than speed, especially as Z height increases. Would it be possible for you to do a test to explore this? Some narrow cylinders and square columns at different sizes in vase mode would do it! Maybe 5mm, 10mm and 20mm in diameter - and at different speeds too.

    This is not really an Apples to Apples comparison be cause bamboo supplies you with a basic petg profile which is not tuned and then you comparing it to a printer that has no petg profiles shipped with it so you have to create your own which is automatically going to be tuned better because you're starting from scratch.

    • @Lost3DPrints
      @Lost3DPrints 23 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Not true I used the PETG profile on Sovol SV08 Wiki, all I’ve done on the SOVOL to get these results is Calibrations in Orca.

      @phasesecuritytechnology6573 23 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@Lost3DPrints my point exactly. There are no profiles in orca for this printer as of 2 weeks ago. You went to a third party site, got some optimised settings and then did orca call which further tunes everything perfectly. Now do the same for your x1c and watch what happens. You will not be using 12mm vfr, it will top out at more like 20-22. If you want to compare what average consumers get from out of the box settings this did not do that. An average user will not be buying an sv08. They will be buying a ready to run printer so compare two of those and start from there.

      A1 has a much smaller print volume. Closed source design. Closed source firmware. Bambu is the leader in multi-color at the moment, but that may change, in time. This printer is better compared to the P1P, in it's (SV08's) open form. Sovol has done something that a lot of people have been waiting for. A ready made Voron. They also released all of the files for the design of the printer. This thing is bound to have tremendous community support. Bambu is not going anywhere and has nearly made 3d printers standard, easy to use appliances rather than hobby machines. A few years ago, I would have said the Prusa MK3s+ was the best consumer ready printer. Bambu, imo, has certainly taken that spot and will remain there for a long time.

That's after reducing the max flow rate by 10% for a margin of safety. I have several 3D printers and was shocked at how conservative Bambu is with their filament profiles in terms of max flow rate for non Bambu filament compared to some slower printers. I ordered an InfiMech and it arrived with the glass door broken. Glass was everywhere. So I emailed support and they asked me if I would check and see if it printed and they would send me new glass. I didn't want to even take it out of the box because glass was everywhere. I expected a hassle from that point on but what a surprise when the support said they understand then that day they refunded my payment and sent a UPS pick up for the broken machine. I ordered another one. I think once they get further into the US market the price will go up. I am told that they are working on better packaging. I am very happy with their response.

      Many people, like me, just rather to be sent the new parts.

    I just received mine and got it fully set up tonight. Where can I find info on connecting a Logitech camera? Should I be looking for the video you reference as it relates to Infimech or Klipper? I'm 1000% so I appreciate any help.

    The Ams/multicolor is the biggest feature of the bamboo for me. It's cheap but multicolor is a must for me

    im starting to not trust anyone's review who started with the X1C. You all missed a giant learning experience thats not touched on at all in this video. Theres a reason Bambu is loved so strongly in the 3D community but seeing you bash it in every single comment section is concerning. You've hardly used it and you didn't tweak anything. It boiled down to "its quieter and faster for $300". I assume you're either getting a kickback on the link or You've just been SUPER lucky and got two solid printers and dont print outside your comfort zone. i dont know man but this whole video is sus. You also keep contradicting yourself. Zero OOB changes but then talk about changing or altering settings. no mention of infill. temp. part quality. customer support. printable types. available parts. how it sits multi color. the list goes on and on. I also assume you dont use yours for a business. dependability is huge. Id never trust that knockoff
