Enjoyed your review. I was nine yrs old when I rented this movie. At Gold Video at the Hollywood and vine building. I remember there was nothing new in stock from a major Hollywood move. The video store owner suggested this movie. And I was bored. I couldn’t get into it due to how slow the film felt. But I sure did enjoy and remembered the sex and gore!!! Your review made me want to watch the movie again.

If I'm not mistaken (and I could be), I remember reading that the initial idea was to introduce multiple Chucky dolls in 3 but it wasn't done due to budgetary reasons

It really bothered me and felt like a major plot hole that the twins had no recollection of Chucky in the TV show considering the end scene in Seed of Chucky when the arm attacks Glenn. I guess it could have happened through Dissociative amnesia and they were really young at that birthday party so I guess it's ok to suspend disbelief that they could have forgotten their origin story over the years. I also always theorized the same thing that Chucky wasn't dead at the end of 2, just immobile based on the fresh blood in 3 and that he hadn't been killed through the heart. I wonder what happened to the headless body that Andy had, the heart must have been intact for the head to still be living in his safe.

I think that Tiffany should've gotten her own movies to interact with the Chucky movies

(CHILD’s Play released movies Spoiler ALERT!)I’m not sure whether or not the doll in the Bride of Chucky movie is the same one from Child’s Play 3. (After all how would we know whether parts magically got regenerated or regenerated some other way.) It is not seeming to be the same doll though because in Child’s Play 3 the Left side of the Face was sliced off before the doll fell on the fan unlike what seems to be the case with the one shown in Bride of Chucky. I’m very curious about how this will all get explained.

I so did not like Halloween ends. I really liked Halloween 2018, I loved Halloween kills, and Halloween ends was a rise of Skywalker level of disappointment. They announced that it's going to be three movies all self-contained in one night and Halloween kills ends with Jamie Lee saying I'm going to kill the muther fucker and watch the light go out in his eyes (or something to that extent) and there was so much they could have done the radio tower, the mask, the final confrontation, was she his sister after all and what did we get? Halloween ends kicks off 4 years later with Lori strode wearing an apron and fretting "Oh heavens to Betsy I burned the pumpkin pie!" Maybe the movie got better. I couldn't tell you. I fell asleep after they slashed the guy's tires.

You know what… when I watched this video, I was like “Nah” BUT then I went into another video of someone watching Child’s Play 3 and there was literally another doll made a different way (which was Chucky because his blood was in it). Maybe there was 2 dolls of him this whole time like you said. The one from Child’s Play 2 end scene and the one from Child’s Play 3 Opening scene. Idk but it’s very possible! There could have been 2 dolls running around.

I always wondered if there would be multiple Chuckys after Child's Play 3, since his blood went into the vat of plastic at the beginning. We only got one living Chucky out of that that we know.of. But what if there were more Chuckys that were alive from that same plastic that more dolls were made from?

The timeline is screwed yes. Chucky mentioned a few years he learned the soul splitting spell in 2017 Cult so maybe before Curse. Obviously he died in Seed and never got a resurrection scene before Curse. We should’ve gotten more between that 9 year gap as by the way the original crew were all convinced on doing a reboot in 2010 for the first ever film. However because of MGM owning the first film they couldn’t do it. Their idea for the reboot ended up being copy and pasted to the 2019 Child’s play just no OG cast nor voodoo. The ideas with the Bluetooth control and Buddi Ai were for the reboot. Now, Detective Mike Norris never dies in canon as at the end of Curse when adult Andy is talking to his mom he references Mike confirming they’re together and alive. I’m convinced they just didn’t get the look right for Bride maybe with designer screwups but I can accept it. Yet in Season 1 of the show they have shown flashbacks back in the 50s-80s so we can get flashbacks to this potential theory with some placement in the timeline.

This man has the same brain as me if Andy was 8 in child's play 2 then 16 in child's play three it weird because if 8+8=16 then that means it would have token place in 1998 but instead bride of chucy was made in 1998 so if childs play 2 was in 1990 then andy would be 9 if the childs play was on its right year so then 7 years later bride of chucy would actually happen but in childs play three if it was on its right year of when it was going to show andy would be 9 but since andy is 16 they just hired a acter to take the play as Andy.

But Chucky said in Cult Of Chucky that he only figured it out about two or three before before Cult Of Chucky, so in between Curse and Cult so this theory is inaccurate.

I love this theory! Especially because I think Mancini and his team are pretty spot on with their continuity through the movies and the series. I just don't think the team would make an error like that.

You nailed it Jerry, Mancini would be proud of your detective work. I personally went down this rabbit hole years ago.... I now consider those comics OFFICIAL continuity and I am almost positive Mancini made those books happen simply to fill out that gap caused from the TV edit.

I've always felt that it was a soul split aswell because the head in BoC has both sides of it's face in tact and only a few scars the scars I could've looked past but that missing side of face no way this one is the same

Also I think the reason why Michael did not kill Corey was because he saw the evil in him. It sounds wrong and that he would kill him anyway, but if they were trying to backtrack after the end of Kills and state that he is more human, you give him a human trait. Not only the trait of him being basically obsessed with an item (the mask) but also doesn't kill what he sees in himself. When he would look in the window back at himself which was his main goal besides murdering anyone in his path. This is also in line with his doctor in 2018, he did not kill the doctor after the crash because the doctor caused it. But Just like Corey when the doctor took the mask, Michael was willing to kill him. I just wish there was a nod where the mask was made by the same company from 3, not tying it to the movie per say, but giving more hints that its the mask on why he can take so much damage. Even Corey took a couple bullets and could still speak and move slightly which is crazy for someone never shot before, even being slightly alive after stabbing himself in the throat. Even though he could crush a bottle with one hand. So to me it feels like Corey was becoming The Shape, but just not on Michaels level yet, and the reason why Corey failed is because he was not prepared for Laurie, he went for the big fish as a growing one.
