I’ve been playing this game a lot lately, and I really love it. It’s an improvement over the original in practically every way, and it makes me wish the franchise didn’t drop dead for years after this. Sakurai’s interpretation looks really cool, but I love the 2D games, and would have loved to see how they would have kept evolving.

The Kid Icarus Uprising official championships that happened in the usa in 2012 also happened in Brazil, São Paulo! The first place prize was also the AR cards box, alongside some other 3ds games (for the second and third places too). It was star fox and paper Mario if I'm not mistaken I got fourth place! 😅

Kid Icarus NES starts out hard but gets easier with time, it's got an inverted difficulty curve for some reason haha

I'm always here to support Kid Icarus videos. I knew that the game joked about Pit dying a lot, but I didn't realize the dialogue changed if you hadn't died. That's pretty cool! Also weird that the best ending isn't the Canon ending. I personally headcannon that the best ending was basically promoting Pit to his Uprising design (even though there's no way that was intended back then) since the plumed helmet is only seen when he has the Sacred Treasures equipped, but I can see how you've interpreted it, too! Gret video! If I had to critique one thing, I would suggest slowing down when you speak, as it's tricky to pick out what you're saying sometimes where you're talking so fast, but other than that, great job!

Amazing video man. It's just so great to see how much passion and love there is for this game. It's one of the few games I can replay over and over again without becoming boring. Quite the opposite actually! English isn't my first language, and as a kid I understood maybe 60% of the game, but many references and jokes flew right over my head. Uprising helped me a LOT with learning English, and over the years the game just got better and better for me. Hope to see more of your content ❤
