I've been trying to find a concert I saw at the Cleveland Agora Theater that I believe was organized by Jerry Shirley as a benefit for Steve Marriott, and included Peter Frampon on guitar. Does anyone know of a recording, if any, from this benefit concert?

Idk if this was a good Frampton performance. The sound is limited. But it seemed okay to me. But the one thing I miss is there used to be "Im In You BRAZIL" a few years ago. It was the Best live version of that song because the girls were so wild about it. What happened to that?

Unbeknownst to Peter Frampton, right after this show his Les Paul was about to disappear for the next thirty years!

Saw Peter Frampton play in Fayetville NC. in 92!!!!!!!!!!!! He was passing through thought it was a joke for a cover band. It was Peter Frampton people!!!!!!!!!!!! The place only held 300 people no tables or chairs standing room only. When we got in they let about 30 more in then turned people away. He played Frampton Comes Alive the hole record note for note. It was the loudest, and clearest I ever heard someone play, His SOLO'S bounced off the walls . The best show by far I EVER SEEN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is one of the most lyrical and emotional solos ever played. It is one of my favorites of all time and you hit it on the money my friend. It came out like poetry! Beautiful!!!! Thanks for sharing with us. I wish it was in HD so I could see your fingering. One of my other favorites is the solo from Aqualung. It is also fun to play, There are so many others. lol. Cheers
