I didnt know this thing exist i just stole a marker that we used to write nobody knows but i use it its the inly thing that helps me. I saw a dr and he said i have a gut that fell down i have a scan ti be done ine september i really dont know what happens to me...started as a terrible bladder pain 5 years ago after hysterectomy. Now its more like a gut problem and tight muscles i am so lost went to many dr they told me everything is fine and gave me physical therapy that only caused me pain.

Since my hysterectomy 5 years ago I have been in so much pain...its never the same it hurts always different. I dont know id surgery can help...

Did the bunion hurt during the exercises?
My bunion is not in a flare or very active, so no, BUT if your bunion is flared or very angulated it can be uncomfortable to do the exercises at the beginning. Give them a try but if they still hurt after a week then stop them. Good luck!

It really depends on how bad your bunion is, but you should feel a lessening of the tension in a couple of weeks. Do remember that we are not trying to reverse the bunion, but to mitigate it's progression. All the best!

Could that include the clitoris atrophying? Due to lack of estrogen?
Hi, great question! Although clitoral atrophy is also attributed to changes in hormones, it is less common than vaginal atrophy and they do not go hand in hand. With clitoral atrophy, the clitoris stops responding to sexual cues and no longer functions properly The clitoris will continue to shrink to where it is very small or externally disappear. However, it is normal for the clitoris to get somewhat smaller with age related changes. Vaginal estrogen is the treatment often recommended for women who have vulvovaginal atrophy, of which the clitoris is part of. There are other adjunct treatments for clitoral atrophy in which your health care provider can provide you with information on. All the best!
