Looks like when there pauses in the audio like a meditation speech, this process doesn't work. It stops translating when there are gaps or long pauses. Maybe Google translater stops recording idk. I increased the speed but same issue

Use Subtitle Edit

Under the "video" menu, chose "generate video with burned in subtitles". Select the resolution of your video. Click generate. Subtitle Edit will automatically add the resolution to the file name so as not to overwrite your originale video.

In order to use Whisper in Subtitle Edit, you first have to install Python on your PC. I use Subtitle Edit myself a lot, using the Whisper model will save you an awfull lot of time: the transcription is almost perfect and also the timing of the subtitles is almost perfect. The Urdu language is supported by the Whisper voice recognition engine and is also supported by Google translate, so what you have to do is this: First of all update to the latest version of Subtitle Edit: 4.0.3. so that you can use the Whisper engine instead of the Vosk engine. Also you’ll have to download and install Python on our PC. Download from here: www.python.org/downloads/windows/ scroll down to Python 3.10.11 download “windows installer (64-bit) or 32” according to your Windows bit-version. When installing Python make sure that “use admin privileges…” and add python.exe to PATH” are marked! Probably also the latest version of Python will work, but this is the version I use myself and it works. After installing Python open Subtitle Edit go to menu "Video" and open a video or audio file (Urdu spoken) then also in the Video menu click “Audio to Text (Whisper)”, for Engine select “Purfview’s Faster-Whisper” - you will be prompted to download - click OK, after that for Choose Model select “large-v3 (3.1 GB)”, click OK to download. For Choose language, select Urdu, make sure that “Auto adjust timings” is marked. Click Generate. It will take some 2 to 2.5 minutes for every minute of video to get the Urdu transcription and the subtitles. Make sure that before you generate the subtitles in the “Options - Settings” menu specify the max length and max number of lines. This will save you an awful lot of time because the Purfview’s Faster-Whisper engine will give you an almost perfect sync of the subtitles. Check the transcription for errors and correct them. Only now go to “Autotranslate - autotranslate” and select translate from Urdu to English (or any other language). Click Translate and click OK. Mind you that this is a Google translation which is not perfect so you’ll have to make corrections. Good luck!

i would seperate hastened audio and use different software to pitch it down, and then import it again.

It's the bottom most property in the properties pane at the left. If you don't see this properties pane go to the "View" menu - "Docks" - check mark "properties". I'm aware that there is a little discrepancy between the spoken word in my video and the values that appear on the the screen, e.g 1.509 - the value that appears on the screen is 1.503...
