My pinion and cover were leaking as well. I just did mine a week ago. Luckily i noticed mine leaking and immediately fixed it. You have to remove the spout and iac to do a base idle reset. When setting timing you should remove both also. You should start at 12* not 18* for the timing. 18 is a bit much. I set mine down to 10*. I have a misfire on mine i cant figure out. Thinking its an injector thats plugged. You should check the capacitors in your pcm. Mine were all shot and i replaced them all. If they leak they corrode the capacitor legs and then start eating the traces in the board. Ive put alot of parts on mine for sure. It needed everything i did though. Mine sat for 10 yrs, the guy i got mine from owned it for 25 yrs. You set the idle screw w both removed also. W stock cam you shoot for 650-675 rpm.

Ford used to carry a IAC spacer plate that one could fine tune a small amount of incoming air around the IAC. This was to cure a wandering idle like Scappi has. Search for Ford part number F2PZ9F939A. And those that get easily offended have a fart stuck sideways.

There are some real idiots screening our videos! Seriously, that’s BS what happened to you. TH-cam flagged a car show video I posted, they said my video contained racist material and my revenue was cut in half afterwards… there was nothing in the video remotely racist, no confederate flag on a car…absolutely nothing. I never got an explication! Unbelievable, some dope flags me for nothing and you get hassled over a name. Hope Elon Musk buys google! Get rid of these woke idiots at google!!

Really hate to hear that. TH-cam has gotten even worse at there BS and if someone don't like something then don't watch. When I was a kid TV was 3 channels and hell they all went off the air 1:00 or something like that. Today how many things are there to watch and it's on all day and all night. When I was little and of all 3 of the channels don't have anything half good well we found something else to do and back then what was a video game. Anyway it's all just BS.
