MSFS A320 TYPE RATING - CPC 1+2 FAULT | CABIN PRESSURE
The AutoPilots continue the A320 Type Rating course for Microsoft Flight Simulator, with today's lesson being on the Cabin Pressure, and more specifically, looking at the CPC 1+2 fault. This failure requires a solid understanding of the system, especially as it can be so easily mismanaged.
The video is split into two parts, a theory, which covers the Cabin Pressure system in depth, as well as the management of a CPC 1+2 failure. Then we show a practical demonstration of this failure IN FULL, from it happening in the cruise, all the way through to landing. Nothing edited out.

      Yes we are! We are currently working on a huge project, lots more videos, with improved theoretical presentations, as well as more in depth demonstrations. It’s going to take a while as we are aiming for the highest standard we can, whilst working full time in our respective airlines. But we are excited for the final product.     I think that you should not use managed speed on approach because of speed restrictions in case of go around Refer toFCTM

    Nice video, the only comment I would have is that you have specific company procedures that deviate from the Airbus SOP.

      Thanks for your comment! And you're correct, we do. We try to keep it as close to airbus sop as possible, but opted to follow company SOP, as this is what we know best. 😀
