I lost 40 lbs eating 60/30/10 fat/protein/carbs at equillibrium and in a deficiet. I got fat and pre diabetic from a high glycemic diet not a high fat diet.

Recently I had myocardial scintigraphy, and become radioactive for few days. My GM counter reacted at 6m distance from me. It lasted for few days, then it decays. Pretty interesting experience being radioactive - a lot radioactive. I have video about that.
