【自制日本甘酒】homemade Amazake快来get日剧甘酒做法,起泡酒好喝到起飞呀!
我们经常在日剧里,看到一款用白色米曲做的神秘饮品,或是做的酒。其实那是日本传统饮品--甘酒,以及甘酒的延伸再制酒。
比如我们熟悉的《小森林》,女主也是用白米曲来制作甘酒,然后再加入酵母制作成酸米酒。
We often see a mysterious drink or wine made of white rice in Japanese dramas. In fact, it is the traditional Japanese drink - Amazake, and the extension of Amazake.

我自己做是豆腐買回來先用滾水川燙殺菌 在沾鹽 放一個晚上 明天早上曬一天的太陽 中間要翻面3次 在放鹽糖豆麴酒 在放麻油 鳳梨也要川燙殺菌完涼了 就放進玻璃瓶
鳳梨有天然酵素,不要川燙。如釀酒 醋一樣😂🎉🎉🎉
前面盐腌2个月,后面糖腌三个月,制作周期太长了。
鹽醃2日 不是2個月
你做的不全對,台灣的風梨豆腐乳,是要加入米麴和豆泊一起發酵的,最後,倒入米酒沒過。風梨加糖量沒有你高。糖加太多不利於健康。哈佛研究發現,吃糖會使皮膚鬆弛,吃地瓜可令皮膚緊緻。而日本人就說,糖是毒藥。
