Switched from butterfly style DE to AL13 mild. AL13 is fantastic, hands down. No nicks, no razor burn, just smooth results. Use shaving oil and cream, with grain then against grain. Suggest staying away from table-saws.

Henson AL13 may be overhyped. If it's so good, why didn't old Gillette manufacture the similar razor head? The Gillette is leading the razor market for more than 100 years and they put a lot of money on research budget each year so I don't think the old Gillette hadn't tried the structure of the razor head. I believe they had already tried but it just didn't work as expected.

You made up my mind, I am sticking with my Gillette Fusion and not buying the Henson. I agree with all your main points, especially about changing the blades and the time it takes. But you forgot to mention that after a shave you have to disassemble the safety razor and clean it, otherwise water will be stuck between the plates and will rust them over time. I only wanted to buy the Henson because it looked good, but I get a great and fast shave with my Gillette.

This happened to me too. I went from cartridge blades (five tiny blades) to Supply single edge Pro. So far I used the Supply six times. Four out of six I cut myself below and above my nose (to the side) and under my chin. The cartridge blades, never. I was upset and wanted to send the Supply blade back to the company. Now Im learning on you tube that my technique must change. Will try again before I send it back. Not totally sure how the numbers on the shaver work.

I bought the king c Gillette razor big mistake gave me a lousy shave it was dull as hell then bought a Rockwell 6s great shave I’m very happy with it

M3 MacBook Air is a great laptop, it starting up when you open up the lid is a HUGE time saver for me, and if your buying a laptop for people to INSPECT it like a car, it just sounds ungrateful. No one is complaining about the MacBook starting up right when you open it. Stupid. Also charge on the other side of the table if your so annoyed about the ports being on one side. 😊 No hate but everyone is entitled to there own wrong opinion. My advice, get a windows computer next time.

I've been using my Henson AL13 Razor for about 7 months & I love mine. I shave approx. every 3-4 days with no issues. Also, I purchased the Henson 100-blade pack for $10. Though, I still have not went through the 5-blades that came with the razor. I purchased Viking brand shaving creme (brush mix/on) from amazon & it works great. I tried using the canned shaving creme and it just does not perform as well.
