Scissors set as well
My moving blades shift to one side and the other every time i turn my clipper off is that normal? Both of my clipper are like that. If u can help me that be great thanks you!
Did you guys cut before?
How was your experience with urban barber college? Thinking about signing up?
Met great people, motivated me to keep learning new things throughout my experience there
Aye bro I’m thinking about going to urban college in concord. Are you fully booked now? Do you recommend that school? Did you cut real people
Thank you for explaining what a zero gap actually is!
Whatever happened to you bro? You had some dope content then you fell off 🤦🏽♂️ how all is well though
Can clipper be zero gapped?
Yes! With my experience I didn’t have to, came in factory zero gapped and took out lines for me
Tuff video bro
Thanks for the feedback💪🏽 Appreciate you!
🔥🔥🔥
Thanks for the support bro!💈
Great video and very informative! I just added these to my shopping cart!🔥🔥🫡🤝🏽
Glad it helped, enjoy the set🤝🏽
great video bro! 🔥🔥🔥
Thanks for watching🤙🏽
Keep up the good work!🔥🔥🔥
Thanks 🔥
4:36 First detachable blade(with a lever) that’s successful in my opinion. I remember the Andis reVITE first launch had a problem with the blade popping off.
Yeah that’s a gamechanger for sure. I also like how it feels in hand
great informative review🤩👏🏼
Thank you 🤗
Great vid, thank you bro👍🏾
No problem!💈
Dope video bro!
Appreciate it!
How long do I have to wait after applying blade care on the tools to use them on someone’s head?
Once blades are completely dry you can use them!
@@Arvinmalaca anotha question: Is there a better way to take off the clipper guards because everytime I take it off, the guard keeps scraping the bottom of the blade?I have the TPOB Candy(Slime 2) clippers by the way.
It’s meant to have a snug fit so it doesn’t fall off while cutting. Unfortunately that’s the only way I know of, if it helps try using guards with a plastic clip instead of an aluminum clip. It may ease the wear out overtime for your blade
Seeing as this video is 3 years old, not sure if your still responding but have a question. I'm a balding guy that uses the Andis outliner to shave my head. I don't want to use an actual razor blade, but I would like to outliner to cut even a bit closer. My concern is that zero gapping for shaving a head my so close it can leave red marks cut my head even if done properly. You think it's okay to zero gap to shave a full head? or is it just for fades and designs?
Great question, I’d recommend zero gapping to an extent. Yes, technique is used for lineups and designs BUT you can adjust the blade SLIGHTLY and it can still improve how close it cuts to the skin. Takes trial and error to find the perfect adjustment to what you’re looking for
@@Arvinmalaca Thanks for replying.
It looks amazing!
Thank you!
Music is tooooo LOOOOUD sh*t !!!
You did that, it looks amazing!
Yo bro did you learn how to cut in school or did you already know how ? I’m 27 tryna get into barbering I just don’t know where to start. Any recommendations on where to start learning ?
That’s dope! I was 3-4years experienced before barber school. Best advice, try not to overthink the process and just get after it!! Everyone starts somewhere. Start with haircut tutorials, ask friends and family if you can practice on them, if you can’t find anyone to practice on, cut yourself, shadow a barber that you may know. You’re already doing the first step and it’s reaching out to other barbers for advice💯 get that experience through practice and you’ll learn quickly
My school gives them andis masters and t outliners decent starter clippers honestly the masters is fye fr
I wish they factory zero gaped so we don’t got to deal with the adjustment
Luckily barber companies are starting to do this! The review I uploaded came in locked and loaded
Can you use alchohal to dip the clippers in and get all the hair out instead of the blade cleaner?
Blade care*
this explains so much
Bro the vid is so loud
If my clippers are 0 gapped will I still be able to put on guards ??
Yes, keep in mind sometimes it can grind the guard if adjusted to close
Very helpful #All the way from Tanzania where there is no school for barber and nobody give a shit about that .💯😍
Well explained. Just got an Andis
thx for the info
Nice
Did you have any experience cutting before you went to school ?
Yes, 3-4years of experience prior to barber school
Thank you bro!
Bro wrapped his clipper cover 🤣🤣🤣
If I zero gap, how will it effect when I throw on guards on the clippers? Or will it still cut the guard #
The purpose to zero gapping a clipper is to knock out the first initial guideline(lever open). You won’t see a HUGE difference with guards, it will just make blending easier
Hi. So thank you for the clarification. Please, I got a zero gapped clipper/trimmer and barbers have been saying it can't cut long hair and hair styles. What do you say? If it can, how?
When you zero gap ur outliners u shorten the feed, the bottom blade feeds the hair into the cutting blade. So u will find that on some thicker hair textures and around certain areas, like the forehead for example, the trimmer won't want to cut due to the lack of feed. My best advice is to have more than one trimmer, one zero gapped and another one regular, start ur line with the regular one then go over ur line with the zero gapped one to make ur line extra crispy..
Good video EXCEPT he said “actually” 800 times. Fu*k
Haha not the best speaker, I’ve been working on it💪🏽
Can’t hear anything
