when they bring OG fortnite back on the 6th, i hope that turbo building is disabled in the gamemode if not, im not playing it, i can crank 90s, i can piece control and stuff but its just not fun, i want it to have the graphics the scenary the gun noises the old models the old ui the old everything man, i hope its not js a lazy ass map with the concurrent graphics and models with the og lootpool.

The OG mode coming back should LITERALLY bring every single thing back from that time

i think they should remove turbo build for the new of mode. i can do plenty of flashy edits but i think this will be better for the of mode. they can keep it in chapter 6 but should remove it for fortnite og along with new movement.

I truly feel like their will never be a game that started out as strong as fortnite, those first 5 seasons were so much fun I can genuinely say some of the most cherished memories I have were grinding games with the boys all night absolutely addicted to getting that victory royale, but even if you didn't you still had a blast and know that you got better for next time, you just had to be there

Damn you really are super underrated and this style of content is extremely rare nowadays. This is so relaxing and not a single second is wasted with irrelevant information and editing. Yes, Epic without a doubt allowed the roadmap to leak to bring back players. Its free marketing which saves them so so much money.

This is the best they can do, for all those who want new crazy mechanics play the new chapters and seasons but for those of us who Loved fortnite for what it was let us have the original game and everyone is happy. I wouldn’t care if they don’t update the og fortnite mode cause all I want to do is play it. This is unlikely that they’ll do this but they should bring back old style battle passes and leveling system.

I remember no one landed at the jail in the bottom right and I always went there and maybe or 2 people got here but when you killed them you owned the POI and it was fun looting it alone wondering if someone could be coming to it to kill you

I don’t know but they themselves killed the game, I never liked first or third person shooting games until fortnite came around. The game was immersive, it was the map, the sounds of everything around you, the peacefulness but yet the suspense of getting into a 1v1 with somebody. The simple aspect of the shop where everything seemed to be done purposefully and meticulously, compared to now where everything feels rushed and a desperate money grab. I don’t see how a company can ruin what had put them at the top, obviously they don’t care at this point their pockets are full.

I remember in season 7 I played the mode "playground" and met a guy from the same country as me, we played hours everyday and season 10 I stopped playing the game. I don't know where he is now but thinking back at this time gives me chapter 1 nostalgia. The robots made me mad at the game :D

The Black Hole was fucking genius. I had friends who absolutely despised Fortnite who were tracking news for Fortnite during the Black Hole just out of curiosity on what Epic was doing. Sure enough the hype got to them and they gave Fortnite a go with Chapter 2

theyd never do it but my dream is to have a completely seperate install in the old engine all the old mechanics, old visuals everything i just wanna experience it again
