Sleep Trouble? Waking up Between 2-4am? Holistic Strategies that can help!
If you are waking up from 2-4am this video will give you an understanding of why it is happening and offer holistic strategies that can help. Sleep disturbance can be frustratinig and cookie cutter sleep strategies don't always work. Learn why it is happening so you can guide your strategies to truly meet the porblem and get more rest.
Strategies iniclude: breathing strategies, cognitive strategies as well as nutritional suggestions. (***#6 was left out of the video- it is acupuncture- consider acupuncture especially if hormone imbalance is contributing to your sleep disturbance).
