- Aromatherapy for sleep offers 4 aromatherapy blends that can help aid sleep. Each blend is paired up with a breathing strategy to help improve sleep wether you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep (waking from 2-4am) This video offers formulas and breathing techniques to calm your nervous system and support sleep disturbance due hormone changes like perimenopause and menopause.
Sleep disturbance is a complex issue so there is no simple solution. Aromatherapy is a beneficial intervention and works best when paired up with other interventions to improve outcome. This video gives you some tried and true aromatherapy formulas as well as breathing strategies to improve sleep.
The 4 blends: all in10ml roller bottle filled with fractionated coconut oil to 5% dilution
1."Twilight": to turn off your thoughts to fall asleep: 4 drops peppermint, 4 drops rose paired with Kaki breath
2. "Nightfall": To calm your nervous system: 5 drops lavender, 5 drops sandalwood, 2 drops vanilla, paired with triangle breath
3. "Slumber": to help you stay asleep: 5 drops chamomile, 5 drops frankincense paired with sama vritit (equal breathing)
