I, Partho Banerjee, love to EAT.
Over the past 2 decades, my multiple jobs with international luxury cruise liners have made me crisscross our planet, where I got an opportunity to TASTE global cuisines. Food became my souvenir wherever I went, and since it would be a shame not to relive those happy memories - I COOK.

I noticed you didn’t put the whistle on the pressure cooker is it necessary
Look, I'm very sorry but 40 to 50 minutes is the normal amount of time that any pudding takes to make inside an ordinary pot on the stove. The pressure cooker is supposed to be a way of saving on energy and time. If it takes the same amount of gas and time it's completely pointless to do it this way.
Should it be kept on medium or low flame
I have tried this 3 times but super didn’t turn in to caramel but Cristal 😢
