Very elaborately explained by Dr. Zafar Mahmood Sb. on Waqf properties and the implications of the proposed bill - 2024 introduced by Modi Govt. Congratulations on such an articulated interview.. However neither the anchor raised an important question that in the proposed bill of 2024 the “Law of Limitations” on Waqf properties have been abolished whereas on all the properties of public utilities the instruments of law of limitations is applied, nor the visitor addressed this aspect.

Dear Prof: India has been following a bottom approach since freedom. But, achievements so far have been modest if not zero. However comparisons with several countries are nowhere closer in reality. HOWEVER, since 1990 - 2009 and 2014 - till date (except COVID years) the nation is working hard to catch up with developed nations. Your data suggests that the critical links/critical path is agri allied sector & micro livelihoods (p-s-t sectors) across the sectors and segments to GDP/PCI. Thus the real time PCI is likely to be $450 to $600 90% of the, population) and remaining at $6500. So, the strategy shall be to pull up the Top 30% of 90% and the bottom 5% of 10% to reach a $6500 PCI ECONOMY (PCIE). ONCE, $6500 ECONOMY, The market size of INDIA WILL MAKE IT WORLD'S TOP SIZE AND RATED ECONOMY IN 4 YEARS TIME FROM THEN. SO THE CRITICAL PATH IS WELL DEFINED AND DEMARCATED STRATEGY FOR 30% OF POOR (POOR INCLUDE LOWER MIDDLE CLASS) AND 40% OF MIDDLE AND UPPER MIDDLE CLASS. 1. TRANSFORMATION OF AGRI- ALLIED - RURAL HABITATS 2. SKILL AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION INTEGRATION WITH FORMAL REGULAR MIDDLE SCHOOL TO GRADUATE COLLEGE LEVEL (INCLUDING GRADUATION). ITIs, skill training, Polytechnic colleges etc. continue to co-exist. Then, a kind of stipend plus freeship based education and free universal health care & support to all Senior Citizens (60+) of best possible standards like corporate hospitals (treatment+ physical environment+HYGEINE+ Patient attendants related) facilities. ALL EMERGENCIES SHALL BE BROUGHT UNDER ZERO COST TREATMENT IN EACH & EVERY HOSPITAL PRIVATE OR CORPORATE OR GOVT. THIS STRATEGY MANY NEED ₹.50 LAKH CRORES OVER 5 YEARS.
Muslims committed thousands of genocide and mob Lynching till now from Chandan Gupta , Dr. Narang to Recent bahraich case. But it was started from raide on Banu Qainqa.

9:55 that's strange. If temples were not destroyed because of bigotry, why did they have to boast about the destroyed temples in Eulogies? Did any muslim ruler destroy any mosques due to political reason, and boasted about it?

World 's most notorious religion complaining about violence 😅
Why indian media is not doing such educational documentary video...
WAQF has no place in a HINDU RASHTRA
Waqf should have been dissolved in 1947
Until RSS is not banned noone of this will stop
Waqf is law of terror and should be scrapped and these mafias should be jailed for lifetime
Thousands of muslims jo sar tan se juda and lynch people plus normal lynching when muslim women marry hindu boy consider the population muslims are far more violent are vile peole still judiciary support them even rapsits and even secular mafia media wont report these disgusting people 🤡
whataboutery thousands bro those case occur in miniscule amounts and in most cases police action is taken(though such cases should not haappen) but the problem.here that we are discussing is way bigger every year hundreds get lyunched and killed on "fake" allegations do you realise fake allegations and these fake allegations killed a small boy who was not even Muslim do you even have the idea how deep the rot hhas gotten that you have become so blind in hate that human life haas no regards and the audacity to defend such crimes with whataboutery🤦
and mister everytime a hindu girl wants to marry a muslim boy the same thing is done by Hindutva gangs under the garb of "Love Jihad" (i mean kahan se laate ho aise conspiracy theories) so i think you have no right to question here plus the media you are calling "secular mafia" is doing unbiased journalism to bring people on right track of understanding humanity and when you a** gets kicked it would be these people who will stand for your right not your RW fake news gang. you guys are the mafia technically
Typical white collar islaamist communist propagandist... They completely white was hindu moblyunching done by Muslims in india... And , Sar tan se jhooda gang
I thought it was going to be about Pakistan but guess those hundreds of lynching cases will never see justice, beacuse we are obsessed with few old cases here, while hundreds die on pretext of blasphemy regularly, Shameful.
You don't have any logic do you? Why should an Indian care about what's happening in pakistan? And isn't it Government of India job to take action?
@@DataCrusade1999 why should anyone care about anything outside India right? Not even Palestine or Hezbollah? Wasn't Pakistan also India before as said by Kapil Sibal justifying immigration? Do you have any reasoning or self awareness to see through your own flawed narratives?
@@arofficial3344 1. India as a sovereign nation and member of UN has position on Palestine and Hezbollah. What happens within Pakistan is their internal matter if India wants to intervene then Pakistan, US and China should also intervene in India and it's internal affairs. 2. Give me the exact quote by Kapil Sibal with proper sources and attributes. 3. I'm more aware than you.
@@DataCrusade1999 understand what I am saying- if Palestine and Hezbollah aren't a topic of discussion within India then why it's of political importance used by many opposition parties and their leaders, marches rallies and protest being held across India? I am not going to put effort into providing sources but you can search this on youtube pretty easily, this was when he was defending rohingya immigration from Bangladesh. That was this year. You clearly aren't aware of many things, I am just asking you to be self aware. You know the rules of international forums but simple law, order and judiciary of our country is overlooked? Yes there were lynching cases, where was the FIR not done? Were they state sponsored killing like what happens in our neighbourhood?
@@arofficial3344 1. Don't ascribe your motives to Kapil Sibal or for that matter anyone. Whatever I write I can back it up with proper sources and attributes when asked. 2. In absence of proper sources of Kapil Sibal saying whatever you've alleged. I come to the conclusion that you either lied or misinterpreted what Kapil said.

I don't know if it is the editing or the professor's explanations itself, but ironically this video itself came across as quite insincere regarding the subject. Just full of unnecessary academic jargon to sidestep the actual questions.

In the leftist media in India , the Hindus who are working are either very liberal or atheists..but the Muslims are very Orthodox and Conservative in their beliefs. I think they are using left media as an umbrella to spread their Islamic agenda.
Please invite exmuslim sahil ❤❤❤
If the use of Waqf is only for muslims, than it is land grabbing. Slowly hoarding the land and depriving other religion people. If the land under waqf is used for poor people, irrespective of any religion or race, then it is humane, otherwise it is land-grab. All muslim welfare schemes exclude others..
traitors
Can you prove allah exists before making entire video about allah giving away land to the people of the land? Allah hates non muslims. Read Quran and hadiths. A sick guy made a sick world
Loved it! Deep Respect for the Indian Muslim Women Leaders and also to the Nous Network!!!❤
Bhai badhiya ..
1st: c'Secular' word was added by Indra Ghandi during emergency. India's first draft of Constitution never used word 'Secular' or 'Socialist'. 2nd: Waqf's right to claim any property as 'Waqf' Property is equal is encroachment. 3rd: Muslim community can't/should not/ (If there is any morality) claim even a inch of land in India after getting Pakistan and Bangladesh. have some shame.

It is because of those people who took advantage of Waqf Properties but never empowered Waqf boards and also didn't help muslim community to become the beneficiaries of Waqf board properties.
