However neither the anchor raised an important question that in the proposed bill of 2024 the “Law of Limitations” on Waqf properties have been abolished whereas on all the properties of public utilities the instruments of law of limitations is applied, nor the visitor addressed this aspect.

If the use of Waqf is only for muslims, than it is land grabbing. Slowly hoarding the land and depriving other religion people. If the land under waqf is used for poor people, irrespective of any religion or race, then it is humane, otherwise it is land-grab. All muslim welfare schemes exclude others..
