@@gaigecrandall2910 plug both green and gray into the connector like in the video. Then T into (clear a small dpot of sheathing off the green wire) attach your new wire leaf to the green wire so both have a a good connection, then run your new wire to your negative terminal on your battery.

@georgelandgrebe3810 It shouldn't be on there too tight. It's not a reverse thread either. If you have a wobble socket and an extension, you might be able to get an impact on it.

It is inside of the housing so it does not require a gasket. The stator housing itself has the gasket.

I used a 6" extension on a 3/8 ratchet. It came off fairly easily

@@lukekincaid946 it goes off so long as your switch is ok, but bypassing the switch will typically cause it to stay on. Bypassing will allow you to start the quad while in gear. You will want to hold the clutch in if doing so.

@elliselliswilkerson1189 Go undeneath the back of the wheeler and look at the backaide of the transmission. (Just in front of the axle) look for a plug looking style gadget with a wire coming out of it. That should be it.

@meeksjohn9552 if I remember correctly, it went up to the regulator/rectifier. If not, then it is the plug that lead to the cdi box up front. Sorry trying my best to work off of memory as the quad isn't in my shop anymore.

@davedave2882 it could be several things. 1. Check to make sure your cable is still clipped inside the slide barrel. 2. Make sure your barrel is installed in the correct orientation. Sometimes they can slide in, but the notches are actually on the wrong sides. That can make you think it's OK but will not work when you go to start it. 3. Make sure your spring is not broken or caught on any burs. 4. Make sure your barrel cylinder is clean and has no corrosion or burs that it could get hung up on. Hopefully these help you. This is part of a front differential seal kit. It comes with the seal(s) for the cv axles and the shaft.

No. It slides right back in pretty easy. We thought we had the camera filming but found it had stopped when we went to hit pause was all. So we missed it.

Sorry about that. I should have shown the actual removal. You can use a small flathead screwdriver or preferably an auto trim removal tool. The plastic push pins can sometimes be reused, but are are very inexpensive to replace. Sounds like it could be a short to ground, a bad battery (spiking power) or possibly too small of a fuse. Be careful going to higher amp fuses though. If you were to try a higher amp fuse, try only 5 more amps.

Best guess would be to clean the carburetor and all the jets inside of it really good. Before you do that though, try to get the idle screw set properly and the air/fuel mixture screw set correctly. See if those work. If not, then a complete cleaning is needed. Last thing, change your spark plug too.
